It’s old. Location is just average. Service in lobby is good and expeditious.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine since we can get a grab everywhere. We were provided with a gallon of water for our 2 bedroom apartment. However, the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishing. - Many cracked tiles in the bathroom - The painted walls are old and looks dirty - The water in the bathtub and sink doesn't flow well - The cupboards have yellow stains, rust stains, and are smelly due to lack of use - The many paintings in the room and along the corridor are unsightly and somewhat creepy. - There is no ensuite bathroom for the master room The 2bdrm apartment we had is way too huge. The space could be refurbished for better utilisation.

Great furnishined apartment. Staff are super friendly and helpful in every manner. The view from the balcony is also pleasant. All appliances are easy to use. The only thing is maybe putting carpet into the bedroom.

Good environment and service

Awesome spacious room with good sized loving room and balcony. Great service from the staff from the front desk to room service. Well maintained and all the things work. Wifi is stable. Washing machine and stove works well as we cooked and did laundry. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious. There are many cafes and food places nearby the hotel.

It was great experience to stay .. Clean room with very kind staff assistance.. Especially concierge service.. I strongly recommend for foreign traveller to stay in this Hotel.

Good residential district . Spacious traditional favourite . Security excellent few occasion left door unlock , hotel security Officer courtesy remind via calling is locked - very secured

訂的雙卧套房，但底層有點吵。 前台小姐姐馬上給換了十二樓的三卧套房。 房間足足一百多平方，景觀無敵， 家人非常滿意。 酒店地理位置優越 到主要景點步行距離 周邊環境安全。早餐便宜， check in 買的衹需40多RMB. 是日式主食加西餐麪包，種類不多但管飽。 沒有留意前台接待小姐姐的名字，但留下了深刻印象！ 有機會一定再次光顧！

部屋の広さも十分で、一階には、日本食レストランにカフェチェーン店、スーパーマーケットがありとても便利です。
