Kamar cukup bersih. Tempat pusat kota. Cuma kekurangan harus tunggu kunci kamar.

It’s not noisy place near park, cafes and bus stations. Without window in my room, but I can use a rooftop and laundry free. Staff is nice.

Amazing location and the friendliest team. It’ll be a place I will rebook for holiday or work.

Very convenient location. No windows, unfortunately. But perfect for a short stay

淩晨到達胡志明市的航班，擔心房間拿不到入住密碼，提前聯繫店家，非常貼心地拍攝了一段如何拿大門鑰匙和房卡，以及如何進房間的視頻，跟著操作就在淩晨四點順利入住了。房間是閣樓式的，樓下是客廳，樓上是床，溫馨且十分乾淨整潔，房間有吹風筒、燒水壺、微波爐等，十分適合情侶家庭入住，下次要是再來胡志明市，還會再回來住這裡！酒店外面是一個小公園，步行去市區核心景點都很方便！離火車站也不遠，打車十幾分鐘就到了。

いつも定宿として使用させてもらっているが、メンテナンスが不十分な故に徐々に使い勝手が悪くなっている。 ・コンセントプラグを刺してもほとんど刺さらない（自然とコンセントが外れて固定できないため充電ができない） ・冷房がききにくい（こちらは修理をお願いして１日後に復旧しました） ・シャワーが冷水しか出ない（熱いお湯が全くでない） ・部屋によってはダニが結構発生して寝ている間に多く嚙まれてしまう 全て施設内の設備の問題なので、上記の問題点を全て改善してくれれば再度利用したいと思う。

Sehr nettes Loft in der Innenstadt von Saigon

대체로 조용하고 만족한 호텔이었다. 침실이 2층구조로 되어있어서 조금 불편했지만 깨끗하고 괜찬은 숙소였다. 다시방문하고싶은 숙소 였다

일단 시설은 조금 노후된 감은 있지만, 굉장히 관리가 잘 되어있다는게 느껴지고, 청결해서 좋았습니다. 이 숙소의 최대 장점은 위치인데, 일단 슬리핑버스가 숙소 바로앞에서 내려주더군요.(저희는 무이네에서 넘어옴)거기다 벤탄시장, 부이비엔 스트릿등 주요 스팟이 대부분 10분안팎 거리라 접근성 최고! 거기다 옥상엔 세탁기와 건조기까지 구비되어있어 무료로 셀프세탁을 할 수 있는것도 아주 편했습니다. 관리자분도 친절하셨구요. 다만 관리인이 항상 상주하고있는것은 아니니 체크인 하시기전에 미리 연락은 취하시는게 좋아요^^

英語が通じる人が１人かなぁ。少しベトナム語を勉強すべきだったな。 ウォーターサーバーがあって、飲み放題だったのは嬉しい😃

Really nice affordable place to stay in district 1. The apartments are cosy with a small lounge room (some have a balcony) and your bed is up stairs. On the 5th floor is a rooftop patio and laundry that you can use. The owner is really helpful and makes a whattsapp group so you can ask questions etc. Our daughter was ill via whattsapp the owner recommend a doctor and nearby chemist. Just outside the door you can buy drinks and there is a number of good restaurants nearby by. Ben Thanh Market is just 10 minutes by foot away and you can easily get a Grab for a few dollars to anywhere in the area
