Off car accessible roads. A tad hard to find but our tour guides seems to have no problems finding us! Family run small hotel with big rooms. Each guest was offered a free welcome drink you can select from the front desk fridge, including beer. The front desk man is very knowledgeable and his food recommendations during our stay was spot on and appreciated! Not a hotel for those wanting facilities like gym, pool, onsite restaurants...

В целом номер хороший за эти деньги в Хошимине,радует персонал,Мега приветливый,кровать удобная,есть сейф,горячая вода,просторный,соседей не слышно,единственное бесила собака на улице в соседнем доме,локация от центра не далеко-15 минут,рядом улица с ночными барами и большим количеством ресторанов,парковая зона и большой Молл -Сайгон,завтраки по меню,но этого достаточно,чтобы не бегать по жаре и искать приличное место,спасибо за прием

一人旅で利用しました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。スマホの翻訳を使って丁寧に対応してくれました。部屋はシンプルです。必要最小限のものが揃っている感じで不便はありません。歩いて行ける距離に観光名所などがあり疲れたらgrabを使う程度でした。ホテル前の道は車が通れないのでgrabなどを頼む時は通りまで少し歩きます。朝食はいくつか選べますがシンプルです。最終日は深夜便での帰国でしたがシャワーを借りることができました。ただシャワーにはあまり期待しない方がいいです。汗を流せるだけマシ程度です。 それと最終日に荷物を預けて出かけたのですが途中で腕時計を部屋に忘れたのを思い出し戻ったら渡してくれるだろうと思っていたらこちらから言うまでスタッフは知らないようでした。それから探してくれたようで見つかりましたが指摘しなければ出てこなかったのかと思うとこちらのミスですが少し残念です。

在越南市中心這個價錢可以的。 就是床上有螞蟻 wifi太差了 但是地理位置，安靜度以及前台，早餐都很不錯

處於市中心附近，走到統一宮大概十多分鐘。酒店的人態度都非常好

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is old fashioned but very clean. Air con in the room was not very efficient but I asked for a fan also and the staff sorted this for me. All the hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpful, and took the time to recommend places to eat & visit. They took a genuine interest in what we had done during the day & what we planned to do.

This is a charming hotel in an excellent location. The narrow lane it is located on is full of interest, with street vendors, and the next lane has a wide range of restaurants. The lane is peaceful and quite. The hotel rooms and ensuites are large and quite well furnished in a traditional style. The staff are friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. A pleasant hotel providing an authentic experience in this part of the city.

This hotel was perfectly located down a small alleyway which meant that it was very quiet despite being in District 1. The room was very clean with sheets and towels being changed daily. Our room also had a small balcony and it was fun to watch all the local street life going on below. The staff were so friendly and helpful and every morning cooked us a delicious hot breakfast as part of our room rate. We stayed four nights here and felt very at home. Highly recommended.

The staff were all lovely, Jade was very helpful. Clean, cool bedroom and good location. Appreciated the fresh fruit at breakfast. The hotel was in a very convenient location, we could walk to restaurants, Cafes and attractions from there.

The hotel is kept very clean and is in a great location down a quieter alleyway in district 1 allowing you to walk to most locations. Breakfast was tasty and there are a few menu options. Jade and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

If you are looking for a lovely family running a cute boutique hotel look no further! The staff here are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. It is located down a allley way, cars can not drive up to the front which we really liked. A great bar near by called Stairs Bar. The room was cleaned every day with care. They have the cuties puppy! Definitely was a great find!

This is a simple cosy hotel in HCM. It is located in a narrow quiet street but in the very heart of the city. The rooms are neat and I would like to thank the staff who is always helpful and smiling. We will definitely come back next year. They offer free breakfast from 7 to 10 with the choice of Western or Vietnamese food which is good.
