The Front desk staff downstairs was more interested in his cell phone than greeting, welcoming or taking care of guest's (my) needs.
There was no trash can in the bedroom ( I had to make do with the shopping bags); i even asked for it but...shower curtain needs to be changed or washed. Also the access street infront of the hotel is under construction and the access is blocked from one side; this should be mentioned by the hotel in their info. details so that the guest can access from the side which is open when they get off their Grab.

We booked a family room. It was quite a comfortable hotel. In the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Not far from the main places. There are a lot of cafes, shops nearby. The rooms are clean. Breakfast 6 of 10. Normal. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed at Amory Hotel Saigon Center for two nights with our children. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the city.
However, the rooms are quite small and there are limited amenities, so it felt a bit cramped for a family. That said, for a short stay of one or two nights, it’s still a decent option.
Breakfast was simple, but enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Overall, a good value if you’re looking for a central place to stay for a night or two.

The room was very cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was arranged thoughtfully, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. During this time they never came to clean our room, even when on the third day we hung a sign on the door asking for them to clean. The beds are very creaky in the Triple deluxe room. Otherwise we were satisfied with the price-quality ratio. Quiet enough. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 am, the earlier you come the more varied.

Overall, it was okay for the price. We stayed for 2 nights, but there was no room service to clean the room. There was no trash bin except in the bathroom. The noise outside was quite loud due to street construction, and we could still hear sounds from other rooms. The staff, however, were nice
