We booked this apartment because we had a long delay and wanted to use it to have a nap while waiting for our 3 am flight. We arrived at the property difficult to obtain entry 3 doors with different codes. We got into apartment dropped our bags and went to get a bite to eat. When we came back to property it was pitch dark sensor light turning off every 2 seconds so you could not see a thing The last entry door code was not working, electronic but appeared to be flat. text host who told me it will work just wait for it to refresh, never did , text her back and she proceed to tell me there was a hidden key sending me photos of were key would be. what a nightmare we could not locate key and text her again it was frustration and time consuming. We need our bags and passports asap to fly out. people staying in apartments in the building tried to help us but it was becoming long and tiresome. after about 1.5 hrs we finally got in with help form another person . I told host no point staying here now as we lost time in sleep and we would need to make our way to airport and ask her to provide refund. She told me contact trip for refund I did she then denied it through trip request Very disappointing frustrating and tiring. would never book with this host again

The walls are very thin you can hear everything in the next room…its located near a convenience store…doors are password protected which is good

Cleaning only cleans after check-out. Everything is automatic so it's comfortable, there's a 24-hour GS25 downstairs which is very convenient. Also close to entertainment and sightseeing areas.

Self check-in but the page staff is not flexible New house and both rooms are wet

Everything is great, great room. We took a suite, there is a kitchen. Normal location. Air conditioning and TV work great.

We got a very noisy room, but the administrator met us halfway and changed the room to a quiet and cozy one. Thank you👏🏼

The light was dazzling and it faced the street. I didn't go to bed until 5 a.m. and was woken up by a motorcycle at 6 a.m. In addition, there is no front desk. After arriving at the hotel, the owner of the B&B could not be contacted. It took half an hour to find the address. Cherish your life and stay away from here. It's really terrible. Contacted Ctrip. Although customer service actively followed up, it was of no avail. Because Ctrip still has to contact agents, which is very time-consuming. I only slept for an hour because of the noise and light. No one in this hotel will assist you with your luggage, and you can't check out late. The address is still hard to find. As a person who stays in hotels for more than 200 nights a year, this is the first time I have been tortured like this. One final word, cherish life and stay away from here. Before I checked in, I searched for a hotel on Ctrip. After searching for almost an hour, I decided to stay here when I saw that this hotel had a rating of 4.6 and two positive reviews. I didn’t expect it to be such a scam. Avoid the pit, avoid the pit, avoid the pit. If everyone goes, they will be tricked.

It is close to the airport, next to a park, and below is a shop. There are many shops with the same name. I went wrong once, and the park will play music for fitness in the morning. Resting on a flight is a good choice
