I’m staying at room 201! Room was exactly same with the pics here! AC working well,big bed and they gave us towel and complete toilet amenities! Just the sink at shower room not working we’ll need maintenance! Overall all good location walking distance to Saigon deck and apartment cafe!

Location was the only thing which was good. When we reached we somehow managed to check in and get the room, there was communication or instructions anything about the room, no just cuz of English but there wasn’t any communication. When asked about room cleaning, they said they only do for guest who stay on long term, we stayed there for 5days, but after a bit of discussion they said they would do it after every 3days. But finally did it on the 4th day. I’m not sure if this is a hotel room or like an Airbnb situation cuz there was water bottles as a welcome drink on first day. CUSTOMER SERVICE - no customer service at all. When I requested/ asked anything there wasn’t any answer. Also on 4th day my dad unfortunately did see the glass door and thought it was open and unfortunately banged his head and was bleeding but the staff there didn’t care neither did they offer to give ice (they did have as ice as the staff/ reception/ cafe is all in one)

the staff is so friendly & helpful, the room is very nice and it’s 7min walks from the place to Cafe of Apartment.

It’s newly opened but strong smell in toilet and some facilities are broken already

Average was good, but there's a very happening club for the youngsters in front of the building, the sound proof has to be improved, but you won't be bothered much if you come back after 3am. The room is very spacious even for 4 adults. Walking distance to some famous tourist spots, in fact if you can walk, you can walk to most of the tourist spots and eatery. Got 24/7 convenient store in 5 mins walking distance. Night time many youngster on the street, so you won't feel insecure. There's also a very happening coffee shop and chicken Pho restaurant you can visit at night , just located in front of the building. Lunch time not much food nearby, can just call grab food. Overall all fine.

The hotel is located near all sights, able to walk to food and shopping malls.

I found a tissue paper on my bed after I checked in, wondering if they change the bed sheet or not. Also water is dropping from the air conditioner and the floor all wet. Poor service

Good location in downtown. The landscape of HCMC is not far from the hotel. Comfortable design for living. there's a local night market around, with a lot of delicious food.

Book 2 rooms (Family Room & Classic Western Room) 👍 Family room was spacious, relatively clean and new. 👎 Minor ants situation in both rooms 👎 Projector not working for family room 👎 502 aircon wasn’t really working well 👎 502 toilet area is not fully covered even with curtain provided 👎HORRIBLE HOST 👎 1. Booked for classic western style room (with tub and projector) but was given Chinese comfort room (room 502) upon arrival (without either as mentioned can you imagine my disappointment!!!) 2. Hotel was not helpful at all and insisted that it was the platform fault. Requested for a room change (also due to aircon situation) but was ignored and I had to double and even triple text to receive a nothing can be done cause fully booked reply. 3. Requested for a slightly late check-out (1215-1230) and after all these, they still wanted to charge us for that 15-30mins unless we leave a good review. I’ve NEVER leave any negative review before but i was super disappointed with how the situation was being handled. Even if it’s truly the platform fault, they could have tried their best to assist but received 0 effort from them to make it better 🥲

Very comfy beds and good location except that bathroom floor could get messy because the water could not run through. One more thing, we found a pair of contact lenses near the sink. We were not sure if the room had been totally cleaned but overall the room was clean except these 2 problems. We had great a experience here.

It is a cute and aesthetic hotel. The receptionist area is a mini cafe. But I didn't have the time to try their drinks. The room was clean and everything was good. The price is also cheap for this kind of condition. Very recommended!

Good room, amazing location! Downtown, but very quiet and comfy👍🏼

The location was a bit confusing, there was 2 hotel with same management, i was get in the wrong hotel. luckily the staff getting me by a motorbike to another branch, he was speaking fluently. The room was big and clean, but i cant see the youtube, projector can't run smoothly

10/10 would recommend. Great vibe, great location, helpful staff. Wifi and hot water a bit unstable but overall still offer much greater value. Would definitely go back.
