Foto Sam Royal Apartment

Had a pleasant experience staying at Sam Royal Apartment on a short trip to HCM with my parents! Hairdryer and cutlery provided as well. The apartment is located within walking distance of Ben Thanh market and the night scene, which was amazing :) Many amenities provided, such as the pool and gym if you are looking to relax. Do note that for hotel breakfast, you need to cross over to the hotel opposite Sam Royal - great variety of options, both local and international! Will highly recommend :)

The location of the hotel is near ben tanh market, independence palace. A lot of restaurants nearby, and very convenient if you have tour they will pick you up at the hotel. Superb breakfast, and the aprtment is really spaceous. Overall, this hotel is great because of the location, breakfast, and the size of the rooms. Downside is, it's a bit noisy because there's lot of acitivity outside - it is indeed in the city centre, lots of restaurants and pubs outside.

Think before you book! I wished I could listen to the reviews before booking. The only good thing about this property is the location. While the room is spacious, cleaning needs to be improved. Dirty, dusty, too much hair on the floor and couch - like someone had alopecia and left the hair on the couch - so gross! the floor wasn't vacuumed and mopped, I cant step the floor barefoot and its gross. See photo attached - so gross! I requested a quiet room but they allocated me to a room where there is construction literally next door where every 7AM is already loud and banging. I wanted to sleep in but the blinds are useless as the light can get through aside from the construction noise. The lift smells stinky like a dog pee smell. It looks beautiful outside but when you get into the lobby it's like a dungeon. Very dark, I don't understand why staff don't turn on the lights. The lobby is uninviting, there are about free range in house 2-3 dogs in the lobby if you are allergic to animals. There will be a rollaway bed in the lobby at night as staff will sleep there which is weird. Don't bother including breakfast in the room, there are not many options, no other pastries except a slice of bread every day, only 1 or 2 fruit Options in my 3 nights of stay, only 1 time there's banana, they don't refill the food when its about 9am. So you have nothing to eat but leftovers if you come late. Overall, a poor experience not worth every penny.

2泊しました。ベンタイン市場まで徒歩2分という好立地でした。お部屋もきれいに掃除されていて良かったです。冷蔵庫が大きくて、買ってきたものをたくさん冷やしておけるのも良かったです。

部屋は窓なしでしたが清潔感もあり朝食も美味しく 色々とアクセスも良く便利でした。 またホーチミンに戻って来たらこのホテルを予約したいと思ってます。
