The house in the photo was not the one offered. The first apartment was old. Wornout and dirty. The furniture is ripped and old. After complaining I have received a different apartment which is as well dirty and smelly. The beds are noisy and old. The water kettle is rusty. The photos attached are the first and second apartment

This was an extremely disappointing experience due to the poor conditions and misleading photos because we didnt stay in the iconic building but in a random ugly building in the area. my experience was significantly different from what I had anticipated, as a result of the misleading images on their website. The room's actual condition was a vast disappointment. The primary concerns are as follows: Inaccurate Images: The website's images depict a hotel structure that is entirely distinct from the actual structure. In the photographs, the room appeared to be modern, clean, and spacious; however, it was in fact outdated, cramped, and far from spotless. The television in my chamber was nonfunctional. I was unable to enjoy any entertainment during my stay as a result of the front desk's failure to address the issue when I contacted them. Mold in the Bathroom: The bathroom tiles were visible with mold, which is a clear health hazard and entirely unacceptable. Additionally, the lavatory was also inadequately cleaned, which contributed to the discomfort. Room Condition: The room's hygiene was significantly subpar. Dust and grime were evident on numerous surfaces, contributing to the impression that the room had not been cleansed thoroughly in some time. I was greatly disappointed by this visit, as it was not at all the relaxing experience I had anticipated. Overall, a nice stay – the room smells great, everything is clean, and the water pressure is excellent. The only downside is that the bed is a little firm

The location is excellent, especially with Central Park nearby, which is great for walks – something I really enjoy. Plus, Landmark 81 is close, making shopping and dining very convenient. Tam was an amazing host, the best you could ask for! He was always there when we needed him, super helpful, and the place was absolutely perfect. I’d recommend Tam’s place to anyone!

We loved the clean room and amenities. However, the living room air conditioner didn't work on the last day, so it was a little uncomfortable.

This is one of the cleanest apartments in Vinhomes Central. The host was really easy to communicate with and responded quickly to everything I asked. I really enjoyed my stay

Everything was great, and the rooms were really clean. The host is super friendly, helpful, and has great character. When I forgot the key card at Landmark Plus, I texted him right away. I thought he'd be mad, but nope! He was so responsible—he even booked a Grab to get the key card back without charging me a thing. I'll definitely stay at his place again
