Ulasan Millennium - Lisa's Stylist Apartments

This is really a bad experience on Trip. What I booked is Studio Room but the real room looked so different compared to photo shown on the website. Customer service staff was rude as she thought I am booker , I am who paid to them and the lady was talking to me like why i didn't tell the guest about the room type blabla, excuse me, why should I do so while I am who paid for you ? The service is bad here.

Close to the main street! 7/11 , win and a cute church near to the apartment! Everything is there including washing machine, electric stove and cutleries and fridge with ice. It is very safe and access is with cards and passwords. Building is clean and great!

They are very nice and hospitality, room also clean and comfortable. Good location and there is a 7/11 convenient store just at first floor. We had good memories in Vietnam. I will book this hotel again if I travel to Vietnam.

Fabulous views and very well situated immaculately clean apartment Good for cooking in, all you need and well placed above handy shops.

Since booking the hotel here, it is extremely bad. There are only a few amenities in the room. In addition, the wrong room was arranged for guests to stay. Double check-in The pillows and blankets were very smelly. Booked for 4 days but stayed only 2 days because I was not okay with the service. Disappointed and will not come here again.

It's not the money that I regret, but the time I had to spend in this place. If you need an early check-in, then this is definitely not the place for you. Yes, there is a lobby in the complex, but the guards don’t even allow you to lean on the back of the sofa to sleep and they don’t care that you haven’t slept all night. But they are not shy about singing karaoke at the workplace in the presence of guests. The apartment was cleaned from previous guests for show, there was a persistent stench, dirty windows, there was no toilet paper and toothbrushes, a hard bed like a concrete slab and very old worn out pillows, cutlery only old sticks, spoons and forks, not a single one. View from the window from the 2nd floor of the slums, it was terrible that I didn’t want to open the curtains. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Has everything you need, clean room, polite staff

I clearly booked the Millennium, but they directed me to the River**t across the street. It took more than two hours to check in (a young friend hired by the staff came on a motorcycle and just said “sir, sir” and left). Oh my~ In short, it seems like a tragedy resulting from Trip.com’s indifference.
