Ulasan Acnos Hotel

Everything is good except their wooden bed has sharp corners that jut out. Me & my husband gotten scratched bleed while we walked near the bed. We Feedback to the conceige they didn't apologise and try to brush it off. Door man smiles but not the conceige personnel

Clean hotel and helpful staff

위치는 벤탄시장이라던가 워킹스트릿에 가기 쉬워서 좋았습니다. 하지만 화장실하고 방에서 바퀴벌레가 두번이나 나와서 별로 좋은 기억은 아니네요.

床上有頭髮，放在枕頭前面裝飾用的小枕頭也有頭髮，床頭邊櫃子上放吊燈不知道多久沒擦灰。

衹是位置中心，其他都不咋滴，舊而簡陋

在市區，出行方便，房間比較乾淨整潔。

差評，沒有規則亂收費

nice location, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was superb and the rooms are spacious.

Breakfast is very delicious & the staff were so helpful. The location is superb too. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Hanoi in the future.

I am not sure the receptionist (guy) was mean only to me or he was like that. I called him at 10am to have shirt ironing service (I am ok to pay for it). He told me the room keeper will come to pick up, I have waited for an hour, nobody showed up. I brought my shirt to the reception desk to give it to him, he said: Sorry, it was too late. If I drop the shirt at this time, I have to wait till 10pm to get the shirt. I nicely asked him if he can give me the iron so I can do it by myself, he said NO cause it can make fire. That was ridiculous! I have been in hundred hotels, this is the first time the hotel right in District 1 didnt provide the iron.

Breakfast at the roof top and the room was cleaned and you can see Youtube. Hotel staffs are all kindly and friendly.

The staff were helpful and friendly. My safe didn’t work, they came a couple of times to reset it, but still didn’t work
