Mahlakapese Guest Lodge

It was my first time to go to Mahlakapese River Resort.The receptionist was so welcomingand well informed about the place she gave us all the information we need to know and more. The surroundings are so clean, the room was also clean and warm (There was an electric blanket and the aircon). The breakfast was nice. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Great accommodation , rooms where clean and comfortable , very warm. The breakfast was my highlight , the food was very delicious and filling. The staff were great , friendly and caring. A special thank you to Mme Mapula who was the best and excellent at making us comfortable

Fantastic Guest Lodge, awesome staff, from the reception to the bar. the kitchen organised a packed breakfast because I had an early start the next morning! the barman was excellent, He kept me entertained with his knowledge of the local area.

Beautiful place, friendly staff helpful and warmhearted; absolutely delicious supper in a relaxing and professional environment. Beautiful room with a big bathroom. Traveling as a blind person by myself i was respected and helped. Thank you - will be back agian.

Always exciting to look forward to the hospitality of the facility. Front desk staff very welcoming, Reitumetse and Mamello are stars! Housekeeping does a great job too, the kitchen has stepped up again and meals are delicious.

the place looked beautiful and clean , the food was lovely and warm ,the stuff was friendly & helpful , we had a problem with the security guy at the gate who saw us parking then closed the gate , when we were by the gate he opened a small space at the gate where me and my husband had to walk one after the other literally we had to Squeeze ourselves to go in , when we got by him we greeted and he never greeted back , we then proceeded to ask where can we get help as the receptions sliding doors were closed , he didn't say anything he just walked away , as we standing there he came back with the guy from reception who then gave us 100% service , when were done booking in the receptionist walked us to show us our room , then the very same guy (security) shouted saying 'Hey sign here' which annoyed my husband's so much that he pretended not top hear, I then went to the very same security so I can sign he then said he doesn't want me to sign , my husband should sign ,but my husband didn't answer him because he spoke in a disrespectful manner I said ' I will sign on hes behalf', he said 'no that is not your car that's when i fumed to' say this is my car, are you going to allow me to sign or what', I signed and then again in the morning he approached our car gave us a bad look he didn't greet or anything, please talk to him he is chasing the clients because he did the same to the other guy who came after us whilst were taking out things from the car this guy even asked us the guy was okay mentally ,but the overall experience was lovely
