GGuest UserThe food and hot springs were both very good. All the employees were also very nice people. Dinner time was a little late, but I was grateful that they accommodated me properly.

ネネコクジラI stayed for 2 nights, but due to my schedule being undecided, I made separate reservations for each night. When I told them over the phone in advance, they said that they could prepare the same room for both nights if it was OK for a smoking room. On the day, the front desk knew about it, and although the room had an ashtray, the smell of cigarettes didn't bother me at all.

GGuest UserIt was good. The staff didn't speak English well, but I was able to communicate. I think it would be convenient to prepare a translation app like Papago. The underground spa was so good!

GGuest UserThere was no sign of [smoking] in the room I booked, so I commented that ”I want to quit smoking because I have a baby” just in case, but it was actually a smoking room. When I entered the room without any explanation at the front desk at check-in, I smelled cigarettes. I changed the room, but there is an additional charge of 1000 yen / 1 person. I thought it was a little unkind.

WWongAfter visiting Tohoku Aomori, I decided to check in the night before so that I could go to the National Seaside Park early the next morning to see the white butterflies. Please note that you have to climb more than 20 stairs to get to the front desk. I was dragging a big bag alone. Going up the stairs is really killing me! There is an elevator in Shadian that goes directly to the room, but the room is also very old. A stay of just over 200 yuan a night is enough. The free breakfast on the second day surprised me. It was in buffet format, very rich and delicious, and the quality was many, many times better than Toyoko Inn! If you don’t care about the stairs and the old room, it’s really worth it!
