It was good experience

Super convenient and just across from the jr hiroshima line. With luggage, about 5 mins - mainly cos the traffic lights are slow. Overall good value. However, it is pretty worn out and even on non smoking floors you can tell some guests still smoked there. The rooms smelled a bit musty. The front desk was nice and helpful and the check out is easy, just toss keys into the box at reception.

Very good location and easy to find. Very customer-friendly. Has everything you needed. Good price. Easy to check out. The only thing was there was blood stain in the bedsheet which was quite disgusting. But overall it was good value for money and I will probably book it again.

Hotel situated near to train station within 8 - 10 mins walking distance. Easily access to JR and city view bus. The room is little bit small though, but still ok for me and my sister.

早めにお部屋に通してもらったのはいいのですが、掃除が終わったと言われたにも関わらず、どこも埃だらけで、ウェットティッシュで表面全部拭きました。 絨毯も埃が溜まっているようで、よっぽど掃除機をかけるように頼もうかと思いましたが、すぐに出かけなければならなかったので言いませんでした。 立地は駅に近く便利でした。スタッフの方々も丁寧でした。

交通太方便了，離地鐵400米，大廳有行李稱及免費的飲料和微波爐。附近緊臨便利店，還有高島屋和近鐵百貨等幾個大型商場，前台服務特別熱情服務非常到位！房間乾淨整齊，床上用品也特別的乾淨整齊房間面積也很大，歡迎來日本的遊客選擇這家酒店是最好最棒的選擇！

都很不錯的酒店。位置也很好！就在jr口不遠處。廣島是個很不錯的城市。整體的規劃都很好。下次有機會還要去這座城市

広島駅からとても近く、コンビニも道中に2件ほどあり目立つ場所にもあったので困ることはありませんでした。

フロントの方やスタッフの方の対応は気配りができており、とても良かったです。 部屋はベットと冷蔵庫、ユニットバスがある簡易的なものでした。寝て泊まるだけなら不足はないと思います 喫煙所が2階にありドアに喫煙所と書いてありましたが開けてみると外の非常階段のような場所に繋がっており灰皿のようなものが無く少し不便に感じました。
