Enjoyed my stay. Nice and clean wirth friendly staff. Nice food and drinks. The place is beautiful, when sitting in the lounge you can see the greenary and pond.

Just a quick stop before heading to Heathrow inbound for the big apple, the staff was amazing Violeta and Lewis on reception when checking both in and out was amazing the room was basic but very clean and breakfast was good for the price will definitely recommend and stay in future

Amazing service! Friendly staff! Clean and nice hotel. Amazing scenic view especially in the morning. Very modern hotel rooms and modern technological parking facilities with ANPR technology to book 24hours of parking for your stay which is included in the price. The breakfast bar is nice and tasty. The assistant manager is very friendly and great to talk too including the rest of the team.

It was a lovely stay and the food was amazing. Minu and the team were very lovely. The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. The room was clean and tidy, gave me extra towels. Will return again.

I am currently staying in Room 230 and would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent hospitality, cleanliness, top-quality facilities, and the beautiful view. My stay has been very comfortable overall, and I truly appreciate the professionalism of your staff. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding some guests smoking in non-smoking areas, which disrupts the peaceful atmosphere and violates the hotel’s policies. This behavior affects both the comfort and health of other guests. I kindly urge the management to take firm action against such violations, including clear warnings or penalties if necessary, in order to maintain the high standards your hotel is known for.

The team members are all exceptionally fine and very courteous and helping The problem had was the parking I did not know as parking in America is always free in any hotels. Please work on this issue for people like us who are new and get huge fines for not knowing The location of this hotels is very beautiful and hotel is well maintained by the professional staff
