I was drawn in by the low price of around $10 and made the reservation. It was my fault for not checking the details carefully, but the room I stayed in had no windows and no air conditioning. There was a fan, but the room was almost like being outdoors—it was so hot that I couldn't sleep at all.

После поездки на ШЛ, я поняла одно , что здесь очень модно накручивать рейтинг отелям и если вы забронируете отель с рейтинго 8 и выше , то не факт , что это будет не аля хостел.
Номер больше похож на тюремную камеру с удобствами... Все очень старое, в душе можно снимать фильм ужасов. Радует только наличие кондея и вентилятора

Отдыхали в этом отеле три ночи, отель расположен в очень удобном месте, ближайший к черепашьему пляжу, черепахи приплывают стаями. Очень порадовало гостеприимство хозяев, очень отзывчивые ребята, организовали хороший отдых. Номера немного устаревшие, но это полностью соответствует цене, мы платили 1800₽ в сутки за номер с балконом и кондиционером, с горячей водой тоже нет проблем. Рядом куча кафе, магазинов, банкоматы. Отдыхом остались очень довольны, большое спасибо ребятам!

The room was pretty clean but it needs renovation. There was no aircon inside (only fan). Bedsheets were clean as well.
They also provide a towel.
As for bath and toilet it was also pretty clean and needs renovation as well. There was hot water but no shampoo/shower gel in bath cabins. There was only one hanger inside and toilet paper as well.
There was a kettle in lobby on ground floor.
As for cold drinking water they don't provide it. Internet connection was pretty stable.
Located in 10 mins walking distance from turtle beach.
The staff was accomodating and helpful.

За эти деньги - отель супер, расположение рядом с черепашим пляжем, для купания можно пройтись до соседних пляжей. Были немного грязные простыни и нагреватель не работал, но когда такая жара - это не критично. Имеется кухня где можно вскипятить воду, тарелки/чашки ножи и т. д. Брали на рыбном рынке еду, там её готовили, а ужинали на берегу используя посуду с кухни и столики которые есть у отеля. P. S. Фото сделано на 3-й день проживания.

近隣のホテルとの価格差を考えると妥当な環境なのかもしれない。泊まってから、時間が経つに連れて、ベッドのシーツの上に黒くて不揃いのゴキブリの糞のようなものが落ちてくる。（他の昆虫かもしれない）その為、初日に代わりのシーツがバスタオルと一緒にベットの上に置かれているのかな？フンの形からして、クマネズミは間違いなくこのアパートに居ます。総じて彼らは人間に危害は加えませんが、滞在する方のアレルギーが心配です。バルコニーからの海岸は絶景な事と、スタッフの態度と掃除は全く問題ありません。彼らは熱心に部屋の掃除をしていますが、掃除をしても改善が難しい古い家ながらの問題はあります。水漏れしているトイレのタンク、部屋の照明の著しい暗さ、隙間を塞ぐ等の昆虫対策、洗っても臭いバスタオル、これらを対処出来れば十分に価格は上げられるでしょう。シミの付いたタオルとシーツは捨てましょう。あと、だだ単に集客するだけのサイト上の見せかけの明るいプロフィール写真は必要ありません。

Первое впечатление, что ты заехал в подвал с белыми стенами и бетоном на полу. Давно не было ремонта, душевая очень неуютная. Расположение гестхауса очень хорошее, все рядом. У нас был 16 номер вид с выходом на море. Балкона нет. Пожив несколько дней, нам очень понравилось, мы привыкли к этому месту. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, постоянно придут на помощь. Воровства нет- это главное, потому что мы наслышались, что везде лазают и воруют. Рекомендую это место для очень бюджетного проживания
