I typically don't write reviews but the service was so good here during my stay that I'm making an exception.
1. The hotel staff picked us up at the train station upon our arrival, and also took us back there at the end of our stay, at no cost.
2. Every member of the staff has a great attitude, always smiling and ready to lend you a helping hand.
3. We didn't use them, though you can do your laundry (both washing machines and dryers are available). Detergent is free to use.
4. Breakfast is only worth it if included.
5. Rooms are clean and reasonably large. Two chairs are available even in the most basic rooms.
6. If you intend to travel outside the city, you can ask the front desk for recommendations, they'll put you in touch with a driver for hire.
All in all, it's extremely good value for money. It's the first time I experienced such type of service when the hotel room is only 200RMB a night!

When I first arrived at the hotel, I looked at the door a bit like a store. The parking was not in the hotel. The adjacent shops were all kinds of, and I was quite worried. The location of the hotel is very good, just in the center of Hezhou City. The room is on the 7th floor, and the executive room is exempted. The windows are large. There is a government unit behind it. It is super quiet at night. It is really rare to sleep so peacefully during the trip. The style of the hotel is very fresh, clean, the room is large and the facilities are complete. The double bed is very comfortable, the quilt is new and clean, dry and soft, fully in line with the hotel standards. Especially worthy of praise is the room sister, warm and caring. We proposed to ask for an extra quilt, immediately sent to the room and set a new quilt cover on the spot. I suddenly had diarrhea and urgently needed to buy medicine. The front desk was afraid that my wife would not recognize the way. I volunteered to ride an electric car and quickly helped me buy the medicine back. We went to Huangyao to buy the local products because it was not convenient to take a ride, and handed them to the front desk to contact the express delivery to Beijing. Leaving Hezhou is also a carpool for the front desk supervisor to contact. In short, I highly recommend this clean, comfortable, convenient and honest hotel!

It was my first time to visit Hezhou. It was a great choice to choose Berman. I received a call from the hotel on the way here. After arriving at the hotel according to the address, the beautiful and handsome men at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They even gave me fruits when I checked in. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast had many varieties. , there is a Guangming porridge restaurant across the road that is worth recommending. All in all, five stars.

Since we were going back to Nantian, the hotel owner Abu had already turned on the dehumidification in the three rooms we booked in advance. The most important thing was to provide disposable plastic slippers and toilet mats, so that I, who have a slight mysophobia, could really enjoy the stay. Experience what it means to feel at home! Speaking of service, the hotel will help with moving and introduce the scenic spots along the way, so that an unknown person followed us all the way to the hotel and asked for a business card. I will stay here again in the future because the service is so attentive. I saw the legendary three peacocks and a blue cat named Maharashtra, who was very dear to me. The Niu Ge breakfast shop next to the hotel is really delicious. Visitors who come to stay must try the fried silkworm glutinous rice and water chestnut noodles! Overall, this is a hotel with good service and warmth. I was in a hurry this time. I arrived at night and left the next morning. I did not fully explore the beauty of the ancient town. I will still stay here next time I come to Huangyao.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Often, I would find that they had anticipated a question or need.
The breakfast is very basic and functional with fried noodles, boiled eggs, Baozi (steamed buns) and Zhou (rice porridge), plus tea. Personally, I liked it a lot but I could imagine many travelers finding it too basic for their taste.
I love staying here and do so whenever in Hezhou.
