Travelodge Hexham

A lovely well kept hotel, rooms were spotless, food was really nice although limited choice available. No complaints at all. All the young girls on reception/bar were lovely , helpful and efficient always welcoming.

We like staying at a Travelodge because it always does what it says on the tin. In otherwords you know what your going to get when you walk into the room , and this Travelodge was no different apart from it's only a couple of years old. The room was sparkling in every sense, 1st class . Checkin was straightforward, but it always is . All the staff we encountered were very pleasant. Carparking is just outside in a very large carpark, which is free for 72hrs, you don't get anything for free these days, so that's a massive plus. 15min walk up to the beautiful town of Hexham which included a very steep hill , what kept us going was the knowledge that at the top waiting for us was a JD Weatherspoons and a ex-servicemens club nxt door. We would have no hesitation staying here nxt time we fancy a few days in Hexham. Thank you Travelodge.

Staff were very friendly when checking in , hotel is in a prime location , the room was immaculate and clean and spacious bathroom was spotless. Bed was really comfortable and had the best night sleep fantastic value for money . For a large hotel there was very little noise I had no disturbance whatsoever, town centre practically on the doorstep and right next to the train station and a five minute walk to bus station and shops would definitely recommend to family and friends Thank you for a lovely stay
