Of course, Ctrip was very generous in the end and let me cancel and rebook. There was no economic loss, but if I didn't open my phone to check the price on the same day, would I have lost 400 inexplicably? Let's talk about check-in. It's understandable that there was a shortage of staff during the Spring Festival, but it took us an hour and a half to check in, from nearly 3 o'clock to 4:30. Shouldn't the hotel make reasonable arrangements based on the check-in situation on that day? Let's talk about the cleanliness of the room. On the second day of our stay, we came back from playing outside at 4 o'clock, and the room was not cleaned. After 15 minutes, the cleaner saw the child in the room and just cleaned the bathroom hastily, and even the quilt was not made flat. On the third day of our stay, we came back from dinner at 19:15, and the room was still not cleaned. I called the front desk to report it, and no one came to clean it until 20:00. The standard of the food and breakfast felt like an ordinary 4-star standard, and the dinner buffet was not appetizing at all, which was very unworthy of the price of 188 (Marriott member price). In general, the hotel's services, especially the room service, need to be greatly increased.

It was my first time staying at the Mandol Hotel. It was in a busy business district. It was really convenient to go downstairs to eat and go shopping. I checked in on Saturday. The underground parking lot was crowded. I had to slowly find a parking space. There were many people and cars in the busy business district, which was understandable. It was OK if the hotel parking was free. ① When I arrived at the hotel lobby, it was decorated very upscale, the lighting was very comfortable, and there was a welcome refreshment in the lobby. This service was really good. If you like reading, you can also sit and read. ② The elevator requires a room card to reach the floor where I live. This can prevent some idle people from coming in, and it is also good not to be disturbed. ③ Because I stayed with my girlfriend, I must have a big bed room. The 2.4-meter bed was really big. I just saw that this room was called the projection room and a movie membership was opened, so I came to experience it this time. ④ When I entered the room, the current hotels are very smart. The room is equipped with ”Xiaodu Xiaodu”. If you can control it with your mouth, you don't have to operate it with your hands. It's the love of lazy people, haha. The room decoration is also very modern, suitable for our couple to stay, very clean. ⑤This 2.4-meter big bed is really nice. The hardness of the bed is just right for the two of us. I turned on the projector, which is said to be 100 inches in size online. It is really shocking! I can just lie down and turn on the movies I like to watch. There are no movies that have just been released in the cinema, but I have basically watched other movies that have been released for about a month. This actually saves the ticket to the cinema. Give it a thumbs up! You can watch as long as you want! ⑥The bathroom in the room is separated into dry and wet areas. My girlfriend also thinks that there are many kinds of lights here when she puts on makeup in the morning, and it is also very bright, so she can be beautiful. ⑦I booked a single room, so there is no buffet breakfast. I have to work hard again after waking up. Overall, the stay experience of this hotel is very good! Next time I have time, I will stay for another night, watch a movie all night, and have breakfast when I wake up!

It disappeared after eating it in the morning. The most favorable thing is that there is a beef buffet hot pot 200 meters away from the hotel. You must not miss it. The location of the apartment is very good. There is a free parking space at the door. It is only a few minutes walk to Gulao Water Village. The surrounding environment is good. There is no noise at night. I slept well. The balcony is large. It is a pity that the cold air came when we stayed. I was sitting outside chatting and watching the night view. I forgot to take pictures of the room. It was very clean. The three kids played very happily in the room. I will stay here next time I come over!
