Sergios Hotel

Świetne miejsce na krótki wypoczynek, bardzo miła obsługa dającą poczucie opieki na każdy lm kroku. To największa zaletą tego obiektu. Pyszne różnorodne posiłki. Jedynym minusem jest brudna woda w basenie. Na pewno jeszcze wrócę.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel as a part of a package easyJet holiday this last week and while we had a great week in Hersonissos, there are a few points about the hotel that we wish we knew before we went! The rooms in the photos look relatively new and modern but they are actually quite run down (ours was anyway). We discovered that some other people in the hotel had more newly renovated bathrooms which we definitely did not. While not terrible, the shower was shabby and shower curtain was useless as the bathroom flooded no matter what! And the last major thing was that the pool was murky and green, we used it on the first day and then were made aware of the hotel next door which had a pool we could also use which was much clearer and could see our own feet! Other than that the food was decent with some days better than others but a lot of choice and all fresh, the drinks were good and a great coffee machine. Luigi was amazing in the lobby bar and the staff were friendly and offered us food after our late arrival and showers on our last day after we checked out. Overall we had a great time for a relatively cheap holiday with just a few things that would improve our stay!

After a fabulous stay last year we decided to re-book for this year something we don’t usually do as we like to visit different places. We loved everything about this hotel, the staff are the most helpful and friendly, especially the lovely young men on reception. A special mention must be given to Luigi who made our visit even more special because of his wonderful personality and attention to detail. The management must be very proud of their wonderful staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms were adequate for our needs, a decent size, comfortable beds etc. pool area very pleasant but as we like to get out and about we didn’t use this facility very much. The hotel is set on a main road with lots of shops selling clothes and jewellery and lots more. Five minutes over the road and you are on the beach front. The public bus is practically outside of the hotel with timetable available at the bus stop. The food at the hotel was lovely the only fault (and this is a personal comment ) is that the food could have been hotter. Hope to see you all again next year as we love this hotel and the area so much. Thankyou for a lovely holiday ❤️

stayed here with my partner for my birthday and had absolutely no issues. wonderful location, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. we found the food to be a little hit and miss so often had dinner out but it was good for the most part. very clean. the bar was fantastic and Aggelos our bartender was absolutely lovely and truly made my birthday special so hats off to him. rooms were small but clean. we did have an issue with water all over our bathroom floor every time we showered though. considering what we paid though (not much!), they definitely far exceeded our expectations. thank you to all the staff and Aggelos in particular for making our stay so magical :)

Went to this hotel a few weeks ago with friends. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Hotel in a central location. We were lucky and had a room at the back which had a large balcony. I believe the rooms at the front can be noisy mainly from traffic noise. The room was adequate, typically Greek. However the downside for us was the smell of damp coming from the drain in the bathroom. Food on the whole was ok. Disappointingly there was a lot of pasta. I know they have to cater to the masses and a lot of people do live on pasta. There were lots of desserts to choose from, the baklava was lovely. The white fish had no texture again due to catering for lots of people. The dining area was not really big enough for the size of the hotel. Especially in the evening, we often had to squeeze the three of us on a table for two. The manager was often around and in fact ate in the restaurant. Most of the time we could get a sunbed, generally people did not put there towels down hogging them all day, then coming for half an hour at the end of the day. The pool itself was ok. Some reviews mentioned that this could not be as clean as it should and favoured the next door hotels pool, we found it the opposite way round. All in all it was satisfactory for the price.

We arrived late at around 11.30pm the man on reception was so friendly had even saved us back a meal. He explained that our room didn’t have the balcony we had booked but he would move us in the morning as it was late which wasn’t a issue as the following morning he gave us a choice of rooms we could pick from. Rooms are clean and have what you need bed is very comfortable, bathroom is small but no issues fridge in room is big so we took drinks upstairs and left in fridge for in the night which worked well. Our balcony had view of pool sea and mountains and was big enough for 2 chairs and a table plus extra space. All staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is very good loads of choice and definitely something for everyone. We came at the start of October so we had no children around which was actually lovely as we came away with out our children! Pool area is beautiful very clean and gets the sun 90% of the day! Beach is 5 mins walk and the street out side the hotel has loads of shops perfect location, can’t fault this hotel loved it and would definitely come back xx ask for room 319 it’s lovely x
