Travelodge Hotel - Hereford

I’m an emergency nurse living in Wales and working in Hereford Hospital Emergency Department. My husband booked the Travel Lodge in Hereford for me one night so I didn’t have to drive home after a long and very difficult day as I was working again the next day. John greeted me at the door and was so kind and helpful I nearly cried - they say the mark of a person is in the way they treat someone who can do nothing for them and I rocked up looking homeless, reeking of vomit and covered in stuff that had definitely come out of several other people, yet John was polite compassionate and pretended not to notice. The rooms were clean and lovely and warm, had more than I needed and there was endless hot water (which I really did need). I’d definitely stay there again and it was well worth the money. Thank you

The hotel gives you easy access to Hereford town centre. You got a super market 100 metres away. The rooms are nice and clean.

Went for a bit or R&R. Had a fantastic time. Ended up on a night out with other guests. Pity Eden the receptionist couldn't come due to work. She's a great laugh and a lovely person. It was so nice to have genuine warm people to make me feel so welcome. Definitely recommend and definitely going back soon.

Friendly staff always ready with an answer to a querry. Clean rooms close to town and sainsburys gym round the corner which is helpful to blow off some steam after a long day could have better coffee in the rooms but not bad considering. Good price

Would recommend this particular Travelodge to anyone, exceptional staff, polite and very good at what they do. We would not go anywhere else.

Room 3 drafty window. Same in 118 but cannot be bothered to complain. Receptionist is exceptionally helpful. Cannot praise him enough. Travelodge on the other hand are a rip off and central customer service ain’t worth sh#t. I will think carefully before I even consider using them again.
