All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stay was good but I indicated 2A2C and this was not provided and we had to pay additional for 2 children and the price to pay at the hotel counter was at open rate and not at the child rate indicated in your email confirmation.

A perfect stay. The structure is very well cared for and the food is really excellent both at the buffet and in the themed restaurants We will definitely be back
