I had a very good experience at this hotel. Close to the airport, customer service was excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast with delicious, enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again on my next trip to Richmond.

The location of the hotel is good, the facilities are a bit old. Just the smell of the room. The soundproofing is not good. The service is good. The airport bus is very convenient. Just stay for one night, it's ok.

Near the Richmond airport very convenient stay

The hotel is very good, the room is big but not quiet, the service staff is friendly, and you feel at home. The breakfast is simple and filling. There is a steak house within a 15-minute walk. I didn't have time to go out, but the surrounding environment looks good.
