A complete impertinence. The hotel is dirty, needs decoration so much that as a hotel director I would feel ashamed to give out those rooms. I got a smoker room and accordingly opened the window. As a consequence, I got a cold and am terribly ill now. Also guests seem to be not of good society. The door was blocked, I had to open it with a lot of energy to get in. The state of the room is just terrible. The price (90 euros) for this is very far from being appropriate. It was listed as a 4-star hotel but any hostel for 15 euros is a hundred times better in my opinion. The only good thing was that I managed to catch the train to Berlin in time, next train would have needed to wait 30 minutes. Would I return? Not if you pay me less than a thousand euros. It's really so bad I cannot imagine I had a likewise terrible stay in my life. I really wonder where the 4 stars come from, it should be a minus 4. This hotel should be closed and re-opened after a general decoration after 2 years. I didn't try food, the service, if taking into account that I had been given a ugly smoker-room was bad, personnel however not unfriendly. But smoker's room in our time - I didn't know they still exist. I strongly recommend not going there, you may regret otherwise.

very nice hotel near Berlin very good to stay for a short time

The location is far away from the city centre, take times around 50mins. The room is clean but the equipment is old. Overall performance is fine.

服務熱情，早餐很棒，雖然離市區較遠，但酒店對面就有2個大超市，購物方便。住宿衞生整潔，雖是老式房門鑰匙，但安全感還是足夠的。

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Auf dem Flur war die Auslegware zerrissen und somit eine Unfallquelle. An den Polsterbetten hing die Bespannung vom Unterboden herunter. Für den hoteleigenen Parkplatz werden Gebühren verlangt. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Es ist nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt und entspricht nicht mehr einem 4-Sterne-Standard. Und beim Fußboden reinigen hätte man sich etwas mehr Mühe geben können. ABER: Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer ansonsten sauber. Das Bad war ordentlich und Spiegel sind mehr als genug vorhanden. Warmes Wasser kommt auf Anhieb und beide Aufzüge funktionierten tadellos. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen, aber es gibt ein Frühstücksbüfett, welches wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Da wir morgens zeitig weggegangen und abends spät zurückgekommen sind, war uns einfach die zentrale Lage, ein bequemes, warmes Bett und eine heiße Dusche wichtig. Alles in allem war bei zwei Übernachtungen für 116 € alles da, was wir brauchten.
