This time I brought my family to Hengyang and chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk lady, Xiao Song, was very enthusiastic and quickly checked us in. I booked a hotel for my friend. After comparing many hotels, I finally chose the Hilton Hampton, which did not disappoint me. The room was spacious and bright, and the sanitation was very clean. This is the worst Hampton by Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. The experience is extremely bad. There is no smart guest control, the TV cannot be projected, and there is no self-service laundry room. The hygiene is okay, but the pillows on the bed are different from other Hamptons, and there is no sleeping blanket. The service attitude is not very enthusiastic and indifferent. Especially when I saw a deliveryman coming in, the front desk clerk actually gave him a room card and asked him to go up by himself. I felt very unsafe to take the same elevator with the guests. As a consumer, I expect comfortable, convenient and safe accommodation, but the Hampton by Hilton in Hengyang disappointed me.
