Perfect location and the room was nice

Not my first, and definitely not my last, stay at Dream Luxury Hostel. The service was very nice, very lovely and personal and the breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast included with the stay was excellent, the food was fresh and there was a lot of variety. The staff I spoke with was really good as well. The bed was quite comfortable.

Serviceminded personal, rena och fräscha rum. Helt ok allmänna utrymmen samt toaletter/duschar, hade dock önskat lite mer frekvent koll/städning av korridorer och badrum. Fantastisk frukostbuffé som ingick, saknade absolut ingenting alls. Är jättenöjd!

Dream Hostel is located at walking distance of Helsingborg railway station and offers different rooms, all with shared bathroom. The establishment has had it best days long ago. Dream Hostel claims to be a luxury hostel. This is a chutzpa. The owner compares the hostel with an abandoned hut on an inhabitable island. Free Wi-Fi. Service is helpful and friendly. Hostel Dream is popular with low budget travellers. We had a small room at the fifth floor at the yard. The spartan furnished & decorated room had a resonable single bed, desk & chair, fridge, and TV on the wall. No tea & coffee facility, no decent wardrobe, no safe. The shared bathroom had washbasin, shower and toilet. The bathroom was worn-out and not very clean. At ground floor you find the common kitchen and the lounge with breakfast. An acceptable buffet breakfast is served with an OK variety: boiled & scramble eggs, bacon & tomato, bread & toast, butter, yoghurt, juice, preserves, fruit-salad, tea & coffee. We found Hostel Dream a middle-of-the-road accommodation and far from value-for-money. The website is brushed up.

Very nice staff, rooms, location and breakfast. The only negative thing was that the coffee for breakfast was undrinkable.

The rooms looks great, modern and clean. Plenty of amenities. Bright lights. Good ambience. The cleanliness could be improve though. I saw some hair and tiny wraps in the shower room since day 1 and it was there till my end of day 4. One of the toilet run out of toilet paper that didn't get replace till the following day. They also provided real cup which is great esp for coffee and tea lover, however, looks like the lady cleaner in my floor never bother to wash it properly because of the coffee stain. Its not a big deal because I just went down and asked for a clean cup from the kitchen. John and team are very professional and friendly. Please also smell the pillow, if it smells like sweat from last guest please wash it. My pillow smells like an old man's sweat. Im glad I can sleep without pillow. I want to mention they also have a great and fast wifi. Great for Zoom meeting and watching Netflix! Location is 5/5 Amenities 5/5 Staff 4/5 Cleanliness 3/5 Facility 4/5 Security 5/5 Internet 5/5 Would I stay again? Yes!

The place looks newer however the cleaning could be better job like replacing the stained coffe mug, replacing the toilet paper when it almost out and when it runs out. This way guest dont have to move to another toilet with toilet paper. The showers could be better. The receptionist mentioned that all the facilities are cleaned daily however, I noticed theres a bucnh of tiny dirt like hair, clothes tag and small piece of paper that were never pick up during my 4 days and 3 nights stayed there. Overall its 3-4/5. Again it good place but cleaning could be improve. Thank you!

The security guard was very helpful

We visited for single night on our trip through Sweden and read general fine reviews for this place which was the reason we booked a room despite the shared baths and rest rooms. The room was fine enough but the toilets were unacceptably filthy. From what I could see they had not been cleaned for days, smelling of old urine. Sprayed on the floors and outside the bowl. Even our 5 year old son refused to go in there. I find it unacceptable that the status of rest room are not somehow supervised and cleaned regularly - COVID or not. We ended up leaving brushing our teeth in a cafè instead. We would never stay here again. It is not that cheap.
