"This is the most disappointing time for Meihao Group Hotel. I hope the group can read my review well. Let’s talk about the service first. In the past, it was warm and thoughtful for new arrivals. This time, there were only two people checking in. One checked in for the guest in front of me, and the other stared at me. This is not the point. The point is that it was not easy to check in. After the previous ones were done, the person who knew how to handle the business changed hands and checked in for the guests behind me. Have I stood there for too long and lost my presence? What’s even more annoying is that we’ve both been watching the one who doesn’t know how to do it for a long time, and you still don’t know who came first? After I finally made it clear that I was here first, the one who knew how to do it went to answer the phone again, and I started staring at the girl who didn't know how to do it. If this was the only problem, I wouldn't give it 1 point. This is the only hotel I've stayed in that turned off the air conditioning in the middle of the night. Imagine waking up at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, sweating and hot, the temperature in the room is 27 degrees, and you have to get up early to do errands the next day. After getting our room card, a staff member led us to our room and explained all the complimentary services the hotel offered. In the evening, there was free late-night supper where you could order congee, noodles, or wontons. We ordered noodles and wontons, which were delivered to our door by a robot. The food was light and not greasy. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff would help you get your food. Upon checkout, we even received a small gift, which was a lovely touch.
