Very clean and cozy hotel. Beautiful rooms, delicious tea, our room even had a coffee maker, a toilet without buttons and heated😅 At breakfast there was a good selection of food and drinks, during breakfast the Chinese cook fried eggs, omelettes, etc., we didn’t leave hungry. A little far from the pedestrian street and embankment, but this was not a problem for us. My parents had a good view from the window, but ours looked out onto the courtyard, it wasn’t very nice( We'll be happy to come back again!

The hotel is located in the center of Heihe City, not far from the central commercial pedestrian street. You can also walk to the river to enjoy the scenery. The room is well heated, clean and tidy. It is a good value for money recommendation

Maximum rating. I really liked the hotel. Comfortable room. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, TV. Multi-mode lighting: from dim light to the brightest, you can choose for any occasion. Electric curtains, automatic closing and opening. The room is very warm, I didn’t want to leave the warm room to go outside. Even the toilet is heated. At night we left the window in the “micro ventilation” mode and slept very well. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. The hotel provided disposable slippers and disposable hygiene products. Despite the fact that the room was “smoking” there was no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent, the staff at the reception is friendly. Towels and bed linen were changed in the room. Largely thanks to this particular hotel, we were very pleased with our stay in Heihe and left in a good mood. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Our family went on a self-driving tour and booked two rooms. We stayed for two or three days. The hotel environment was very good and quiet. The surrounding facilities were complete. Parking was also convenient. Although Heihe is not very prosperous, it has this exotic atmosphere. Russian friends can be seen everywhere on the streets shopping here. We spent three or four hours at a port. As a Heilongjiang native, I checked in Heilongjiang. It was not fully civilized when I came. I hope I can have the opportunity to come again in spring when the flowers are blooming and the cruise ships are coming and going. I will definitely not forget to bring my passport. It's a pity that the other side is so close. If you want to go abroad, you must choose a safe and reasonable way, don't listen to rumors. If you don't understand, ask the hotel front desk. They also have recommendations. No one will harm their customers. Be sure to bring your passport. It must be a group visa. Pay attention to safety.

Location: The hotel is not located on Central Street and is quite far away. Hygiene: The sheets and pillowcases are yellowed and show signs of sleep. The corners of the bathroom towels have **** yellow stains. The hand sanitizer is gone and not replaced. Service: There were no toothbrushes in the bathroom. There were only leftovers for breakfast at 8 o'clock without supplementary food. I told the noodle cook 5 times to please cook a portion of noodles but ignored him. Moreover, the fruit was not fresh. I renewed my reservation for one night and needed to change the room type. I was asked to wait at least noon before I could get a room. I thought Home Inn Effie would be more high-end than Home Inn Business Travel, but the service was not good at all, especially the details. I decisively checked out the business hotel where I was staying that day and will never stay at Effie again. But one thing is that the hardware in the room is not bad, and there is a humidifier, although it is stained. By the way, there is also a loud noise from the bathroom exhaust. There is a funny thing. The room phone cannot be dialed directly to the front desk and there is no front desk extension number.

Home Inn Ai Fei left a deep impression on me in Heihe. It is clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good with many varieties. The room is nice and big. It feels good when you enter the room. The toilet is smart and the curtains are automatic! The hair dryer I used in the morning was unexpectedly Philips. The breakfast was also good and rich! The reception at the front desk was also very good. I was not familiar with Heihe, but they basically answered all my questions! In short, it feels good. This is the first time I stay at this brand, and it feels really good!

Disadvantages: There is basically no service. When I arrived at the store at 3:30, I was told that the room had not been cleaned yet. After I checked in, the air conditioner in the room was leaking. After the master repaired it, he asked the cleaning staff to come and clean it. The cleaning staff came and it was the same as if they hadn't come. There was still a puddle of water on the table. There was no screen window, and there were still many mosquitoes. The furniture was damaged and felt inconsistent with other hardware. The next day, a "Please Clean" sign was hung on the door, but the cleaning staff said, "We can't do it anymore, let me give you two bottles of water." Not to mention the laundry room, queuing for washing is understandable, but from time to time, a master comes to see if there are guests who take too long to wash. It will be interrupted forcibly, and then the washing machine will be locked, and the guest is blamed for being too hot. As a result, the guest turned on the machine again and set the program to be completed in the shortest time. When the washing machine finished the program by itself, the door could be opened. It was not a temperature problem at all. It is recommended that if there is relevant hardware, the software should also keep up.
