服務態度很差！差！差！我們在網上訂的房，當時網上顯示2張1.3米的床，2層。到店時查看房間發現是2張1.2米的床，並且還在3樓，樓梯很高，沒有電梯，我們都是60多歲的人，想讓她們看看有沒有和我們訂的房間一樣的，她們説沒有，也沒解釋沒有的原因，而且二人一致強調讓我們退房，當時我們很生氣，我們還沒説退房呢，她憑什麼讓我們退房，而且當時再訂房已經很困難，我們就入住了。後來她們查明是網上弄錯了。
