The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

The front desk service attitude was very good. They extended our check-out to 4 o'clock and upgraded our room type. The room was large, well-planned, and clean. The only suggestion was that the hair dryer could be replaced with a new one with strong wind. My friend didn't bring makeup remover, and the front desk provided makeup remover wipes. It was really thoughtful and considerate. I will stay here again next time!

The hotel is very grand, and the courtyard is very wide and green. You can see the dense trees and river opposite the hotel. The hotel staff said it is the government reception area. Check-in was fast and the front desk service was efficient. The lobby has a unique feeling, the room is good, the cost-effective breakfast has a lot of varieties. The location is pretty good, very close to the subway station, not far from the city center, and convenient for going in and out.

The room was spacious. There were not many people during the Spring Festival. There were many varieties of breakfast, mostly Anhui specialties, braised pork, thousand knots, tofu brain, spicy soup... The hotel's daily cleaning service was also very good, and the hotel had a strong festive atmosphere. As a Ctrip member, I was upgraded to a room for free. It was a very happy hotel experience.

I have lived in Hangzhou several times before, and I am very satisfied. This time I came to Hefei and saw that Buckingham Jue was not far from the South Station. Hefei Buckingham Jue may be built earlier, the facilities are still crimson classical wooden furniture, slightly traditional, no Hangzhou French light luxury local tyrants. The room was large and clean. The room card was forgotten in the room at breakfast. The little sister at the front desk re-made the card and sent it to the restaurant. Special thanks to the little sister. The breakfast was very rich. The subway entrance next to the hotel was convenient. The snacks near the Agricultural University were very big. There was fireworks!
