A wonderful hotel! My wife had to arrive very early, long before check in, at 4AM. The hotel graciously let her check in early. Upon my arrival, at 4:30PM, Yvonne finished checking me in. Her English was perfect and she upgraded our room for our 7 day stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. Our housekeeping, Miss Fang, was wonderful. She was friendly and treated us like family. My wife loved her. The buffet breakfast was always delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. As a foreigner it can be uncomfortable and awkward staying at hotels. However, the people who work at this hotel did their best to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

Convenient location, although a tad far from the metro station (10-15 minutes walk). The room was extremely spacious, with a good view from the 20th floor. There is a new mall across the street, which makes living there pretty convenient. The check-in process was extremely fast and smooth (no need to take a picture of your face and son on). The gym is fine, although it seems the AC is not working very well there (I ran 20 min and my tee was soaked). I also used the swimming pool, which was good too. The only drawback was the AC in the room, which was old and didn't seem to be working very well.

Been staying at this hotel every time I visit Hefei. Wonderful experience every time. Great location, comfortable rooms. The staff are really professional. I did have some problems with my room card the 2nd day but it was sorted out easily and really professionally. My only complaint is that when I went to the gym all the machines were in need of maintenance and did not work properly.. Was also extremely warm inside the gym with no A/C. And that is the main reason I return to this hotel because of the gym facilities. But except for that the stay was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it. For me it's the hotel I choose when I go to Hefei.

The room and breakfast are very satisfactory, and parking is convenient. Dining and sightseeing are also very convenient. It is directly opposite Wuyue Plaza, and not far from Bao Park, Xiaoyaojin Park and Li Hongzhang's former residence. It was a very satisfactory stay.

The room was perfect and very clean. The breakfast was very rich. The Huainan beef soup was delicious. The best thing was that I asked for ice cubes at night and they said there was none. But they gave me a whole bag of smoothies. This service was amazing. I couldn't use it up at all!! Holiday Inn is amazing!

Although Huihai Holiday Hotel is a bit old, the overall environment is still good. It gives people a warm feeling. You can swim and the breakfast is also very rich.

Worth recommending, affordable price, complete facilities, clean and hygienic, convenient for travel around. Children also like it. The service is very good 🙂🙂 I forgot to take pictures, I really recommend it

There is a dirty stall downstairs. Thanks to the front desk for the breakfast, the beef soup is good. The hotel is probably quite old, and the decoration style is old. Snacks and water are placed near the elevator

I like the front desk service. They upgraded me to a suite. The room is spacious and comfortable. The free parking lot is not underground but opposite the hotel. The front desk asked for the license plate proactively. The service was very good and the breakfast was not bad.
