Hotel dengan Sarapan Pagi di Hefei

The hotel has very good location which is close to the metro line 1 and line 2. Our room was on the 23rd floor, it's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.

First of all, the Shangri-La (Hefei)Hotel has comprehensive facilities & amenities and offers convenient transportation options in the vicinity. I love this very much! Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

The SSAW hotel in Hefei is my number one destination. I love everything about this place from the staff at the reception when I arrive to the confort of my room to the location of the place. I always have my breakfast at the hotel. I am very traditional with my choices but the restaurant offers a variety of food. Thank you again for a great stay Annie Clouâtre

The hotel is less than 20 minutes away from Hefei South Railway Station. There is also Metro Line 1 at the hotel entrance, so the hotel transportation is very convenient. The room is relatively clean and comfortable. The front desk employee Mia is very considerate and meticulous in her service. I give her a thumbs up

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise me. The staff was nice in general, and responded quickly to my requests. There are some areas for improvement. At the breakfast, I ordered dumpling. The service staff, who prepared dumpling for me, did not wear a mask. I saw him using his dirty hands, which just cleaned his nose, to add ingredients to the bowl. This was disgusting. The signs for the elevators near the entrance to the mall are misleading in indicating the floors that the elevators can reach.

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Swimming pool was large had the right temperature. The gym is spacious with all the right equipment. Morning breakfast was excellent choices. If you are a runner there are two parks nearby to run. Use the motorbike lanes to run for in the early morning.

We enjoyed staying here! The biggest trouble was figuring out parking, but otherwise lovely stay!

I am very satisfied with the hotel service. The location is quiet and convenient for parks, shopping malls, entertainment and travel. The room is clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity. The environment is comfortable and you can rest quietly at night.

I came to Hefei on a business trip and a three-day conference was arranged here, so I naturally chose to stay in this hotel. We booked an executive king room and checked in relatively early. The hotel front desk upgraded us to a suite for free. Now the room is larger🤪 The hotel is overall good, with convenient transportation, convenient parking, complete surrounding facilities, rich breakfast varieties, complete room facilities, and timely cleaning🫰🏻 The only thing that didn’t feel good was that the air conditioner was not turned on for some reason for the first two days, but it was finally turned on on the third day. Fortunately, I have been staying in Wuhan and Nanjing for a long time, so I am more resistant to heat 😂 Objectively speaking, it is a good value for money hotel👍
