Ulasan Novotel Milton Keynes

We were placed in extremely warm rooms with no air conditioner. the breakfast for the kids was charged, where they said in the beginning the kids eat for free.

Easy Check in, Room was clean and tidy, Food was good at the restaurant, Swimming pool was quite small but adequate. It does have sauna and the GYM seemed well equipped although i never used it.

Ok hotel but the barking dog all night because they promote it being pet friendly meant my mrs could not sleep at all. Waste of money if you need to sleep unless you are certain at check in to ask them to give you a room not near pets.

Good swimming pool and sauna. Very clean rooms are good for the family to stay. Definitely come here again:)

Staff very polite and helpful. The room very clean and well stocked for the stay. The one down fall is breakfast says serving until midday we went at 10.30 and it was closed. Disappointing as we had already paid for breakfast and unfortunately could not get a refund.

Nice location with on site parking. Staff are nice. But the room hygiene is not too good there's unpleasant smell in the toilet and the indoor air quality is bad as well making us hey fever all day. Place for breakfast is crowded but the food is not bad

Was a surprisingly lovely hotel. Closer to all MK attractions. Staff we great recently been refurbished and use of pool, gym and suana included. Very clean and conformable. Definately will come back

Overlooked the wheelie bins and were woken up a 6 am by people outside our window. The sheets were synthetic and horrible to sleep on. The staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Nice pool and gym.

First impression at check in.. the staff were amazing.. there wre rooms available so we were allowed into the room an hour before. The room was slighly dated with a seperate toilet and bathroom. Rest of the bedroom was clean. The sofabed was little uncomfortable with some exposed metal, not really suitable for a small child. There was a pool which was the reason we picked this hotel and that was clean and excellent. Car parking was free with alot of free spaces.

The hotel was nice but the room we stayed in was noisy as it was right by the road and the car park, it was not ideal for young children. The sofa bed was ripped and not very comfortable.

Mot that close to anything but easy to get a taxi. Pool was very full and you needed to book space. No swimming lane. Lots of kids jumping in. Bed was comfy. I booked a disabled room which was only up about 8 steps but the lift was out of action. Basic TV Stations. Restaurant was ok but soulless, you need to eat before 9 for breakfast and before 9 for dinner. All round ok for a night or maybe 2?

Everything I needed, parking, EV charging, friendly staff, restaurant on site, swimming pool and a comfy bed
