Premier Inn Haywards Heath

We stay at premier inns across the country very regularly, upon our arrival the we had a small issue with the check in (admin error), but the staff were very welcoming, Clare who we dealing our problem managed to sort it fairly quickly, she also looked after us in the restaurant, but unfortunately the food was not up the the normal standards we would expect from the Thyme Restaurant at the hotel, I tried to order a mixed grill be was told the they had no chicken, steak or gammon, so ordered the chicken burger, but when it arrived there was next to no chips which we was told that they had now run out of chips, but a huge portion of coleslaw on the plate, which was far too much, the chicken in the burger was overcooked and dry, but the service was very friendly and helpful and big thanks to Clare. I would recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable, but there is next to no parking available at this hotel if you are in a large vehicle.

As dependable as ever - clean functional comfortable. Great staff.Good location. Car parking poor but plenty of parking at nearby station- 5 minutes walk. 9 spaces reserved for disabled at the hotel - good to see that the team had prioritised the available parking for people that really need it - good access lift

Comfy bed, quiet room, close to mainline Station. Friendly staff, good room cleanliness and staff willing to help out and available 24 hours. I thought the price was good too.

After a long train journey before our flight we were met by Steve, who was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure our one night stay was comfortable and relaxing. He assisted us with our luggage to our room and provided fresh milk for our much needed cup of tea. We would certainly use this premier inn again if flying from Gatwick.

Ben is a very hard working and friendly Chef and the Calamari and burger was excelent and Ben is very attentive chef and made the visit warm and welcoming. Ben and all the staff are warn and friendly and deserve praise. Having stayed in many premiure inns Ben is one of the most professional and friendly chefs that i have meet

Stayed with my daughter and her two young boys so had a quad room which was spacious and very comfy we all slept well not at all noisy great wkend

Ordered food on UberEats. Delivery status hadn’t updated. So was unsure what was happening. Was just about to go down to reception and wait, when I got a knock on the room door. Really kind member of staff had brought it up to my room as it had already been delivered. Even brought cutlery. Above and beyond. Much appreciated.

Great two night stay there earlier this week. On the whole the Premier Inn product is one you that you come to know and expect. As such the delivery of the product can make or break your stay. Delighted to say that these guys delivered it well. Great staff, nice clean rooms, and a wonderful rain forest shower head in the bathroom. Had breakfast there on both morning and dinner one evening. Food was as expected and the staff were brilliant. Special mention to Iiris and Rachel (I think!) for their exceptional service on the evening of the 14th May. I think Rachel was the duty manager. The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is because of the parking situation. It’s a bit of a challenge and a tad confusing.

We always eat at premier inn haywards heath. Iiris is our favourite staff. She is nice and helpful. Food is great. We like eating at premier inn Haywards Heath because the quiet atmosphere with great staff. We are a regular customer who wants peace and quiet after a busy week.
