Unauthorized late checkouts are charged at a rate of $20.00 per half hour or part thereof. At two hours past check-out guests are responsible for a full days rent, although they are not entitled to possession. They are also responsible for any loss of rent or credits issued to the next guest caused by their late checkout. Guest access Feel free relax in the backyard area adjacent to the entry door of the suite, and of course inside of the suite.
