Good friendly staff , nothing too much trouble , good location, room as standard family room , food at the pub could be better

The staff were amazing and the manger Emma was very helpful, and did everything she could to make sure our stay was safe and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help me ,when a family member was taken ill. Made sure that I was looked after.The room was very clean and tidy, and the beds were clean and comfortable. This Travelodge is one that will always, stand out all for good reasons, and all people staying there are well looked after. Thank you Emma and all the rest of the staff for making my life easier and for all the wonderful support we were given whilst in your care.

Our stay was fine could have done with a hairdryer but other wise very good we came with family for Easter holiday lovely staff and they where very helpful and friendly do anything to help you room very comfortable and beds nice and clean and comfortable great sleep

Would highly recommend this site for short stays. If you drive or like us don’t mind a 10/15 min stroll into town, it’s a perfect location for anyone visiting Hayle and the surrounding areas. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff we encountered were exceptional. For the price it’s fantastic.

Lovely location, close to all amenities, beaches, shops, pubs and fantastic coastal walks, lots of parking, opposite is a Starbucks for coffee ******* 😁 Pet friendly so added bonus for us, staff are brilliant, really friendly and giving us advice on places to go and visit and best restaurants and pubs, Rooms are clean and fresh and a great bolt hole for our visit

We travelled down to hale with the family and two small dogs. greeted by a smiling lady who was interested in us. First impresions are always the most important and ours were good. No problems with the 2 night stay. very helpful and pleasant 20th birthday weekend for my Grandaughter

Myself and my family of 6 felines got to Travelodge Hayle last night. Receptionist Vicky said how much she adored my felines. The rooms are beautiful. I liked the view over the fields. In the morning Receptionist Emma is great. She helped me catch my cats. She showed me the shop to get breakfast. She got me a taxi to ASDA and a taxi back. I would reccommend Travelodge Hayle to anyone visiting Cornwall.

Another visit to what is almost a home from home! Can't fault anything (other than the weather!). Cracking base to discover all that West Cornwall has to offer. Just off the A30 so good for drivers but also close to main bus and train routes. The train ride from St Erth to St Ives is an absolute must!
