This is a black shop. B&B owners are very dangerous. Since Ctrip did not indicate on the website that a deposit was required, serious problems arose later. Having already paid a 26-pound deposit online, the owner of the B&B asked us to pay another 26 pounds in cash when we checked in. They kept following us while we were communicating with Ctrip customer service, which was very dangerous. We immediately decided to evacuate here quickly. After leaving, ask Ctrip customer service to refund the rent and deposit. Ctrip shied away for various reasons

Cheap but still expected slightly more
The door to my room couldnt be locked from the inside. As its a house with multiple occupancy, i felt very uncomfortable and ended up pushing a lightweight table against the door. I was next to the toilet (shared) which was noisy. You could hear occupants microwaving after 12am. All made for a restless night.

House not a Hotel
It was not very clear at the time of booking what extra measures we have to go through. There was no one at the property to guide. Property have no signs or label. Its just house number and we were not able to locate it despite being in that cul desac. Luckly we have a smart phone to check our code to collect the keys, which was thanks to a neighbour helping us out to locate the area.

Not impressed.
Booked a deluxe double room. Definately not what we got. Room was so tiny. Enough room for a double bed and not much more. Definately not for 2 people with luggage. Heater barely worked. Location good for getting back to heatrow but not much more. Would not stay here again. Definately not in tiny room 5. Should be a single room at best. Sent a message about dis satisfaction but no response. Lots of messages before the stay about confirming identity and account details for a security deposit though.

Great Stay I had great time confirmation bed for an in and put stay layover. Most of the layover hotels are expensive this one is greatly priced and simple do not expect fancy it's super simple and when I say simple it's simple.Would recommend for solo travellers on a budget.

After we completed to million mile march getting to the house we were feeling like pack mules that had just been herded across the desert. We did give it a cute name though “Jack The Ripper Prospect House”. Baby we was so deep in the hood I got to watch Fridays live out of the window.
