We stayed at Haverhill Travelodge for a friend's wedding on 30th May 2025. The room was clean and staff friendly. Could not fault the quality for the price we paid. Breakfast was fresh and always topped up, great service from Deb. Nothing was too much trouble.

Room was VERY poorly cleaned. Old dust all around the skirting boards. Chair had months worth of dirt around the creases of the seat. Plugs for kettle and fan needed cleaning- had black grimy finger print marks all over them Dirty walls covered in what looks like an exploded bottle of fizz, shows up worse when the sun shines on it. Bathroom old and rusty - broken shower gel dispenser. On the upside, reception staff were fab!!

Good value but the room hadn't been cleaned properly. Quiet hotel but the noise from vehicles on the bypass and parked lorries with their engines running was annoying.

charlotte and rosie were very friendly staff and very professional and should be awarded a pay rise, hotel clean and tidy, comfy bed, drinks served quickly, very efficient. extra facilities if asked for at the desk, all staff always happy to help

Toilet flush was broken and would not fill, shower soap container was broken, loads of dirty badly applied sealant around toilet and shower. Just not good enough for a leisure stay.

I have stayed at many travelodges before and by far this was the best stay thanks to Sam! She really made my stay and was very thorough when cleaning my room, she was always friendly, smiling, singing, professional, and simply wanted me to enjoy my stay which i did because of her! You can really tell she is passionate about her job and is a labour of love! I highly recommend staying here and asking for Sam if you need anything! ☺️

Efficient friendly service Thank you to all the team Rosie Bernie Charlotte are a few I can remember Road works were a pain lol but not your fault Loads of free parking. Bar and restaurant on site 20 minute walk into the town Restaurant next door
