The hot spring is in the basement, and it has an old-fashioned atmosphere with only a large bathtub １, and it is not so large, and the scenery is not good because it is in the basement. Compared to the hot spring resorts devised at this time, it may feel unsatisfactory, but it is clean and the temperature is around ４０ degrees, so it is ”good old” while taking a long bath. Unfortunately, there are no open-air baths or private baths, but some rooms have open-air baths with rooms, so I think you can choose according to your taste. The amount of meals varies or is insufficient depending on the course and price, which is often a big preparation at such a large inn, and the impression and quality of appearance are greatly different from the images on the site. This time we were in the room, and it was originally said that Masazen was the basic set, but ４ kind of seasonal course dishes (Masazen, delicious fish, delicious meat, delicious feast) with guidance on the site. I requested it at the stage of advance reservation and received everything with my family. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Mt. Misen Ropeway station. There is a free shuttle bus station right outside the hotel to go the ropeway station. You can see the Torii throughout the hotel window. At night when the Torii with lights on, the view is stunning! The indoor onsen is not big but it's ok for 10+ people at the same time, the outside onsen is small and can only occupies 4-5ppl. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and thoughtful. I was fully wet after the hiking to Mt. Mismen on the raining day, they helped me to dry all my shoes and coat. Happy to stay at Iwaso and will definitely stay again.

The location is not near the station. You need to use the hotel shuttle bus. Most of them are self-driving, so the shuttle bus will not be full. The hot spring is very comfortable and there is free wine to enjoy. The breakfast is quite Japanese-style. You can see Itsukushima on the other side. , very beautiful

Second stay. It was still great. I was very satisfied with everything from the room to the food to the service! All-you-can-drink at the buffet is sure to satisfy those who like alcohol! It was my daughter's birthday trip, so she was very happy with the dessert plates and presents prepared. It was my first time taking my family here, but they liked it so much that we decided to stay there every year! It's close to the ferry terminal and they happily store my luggage, which is really helpful.

Nice.ryokan in Miyajima. The ryokan is located quite far up a hill from the station but they provide free transportation to and from the hotel. Both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast were excellent. The service was impeccable. It is located about a five minute walk from Itsukushima shrine . Room was good with two single beds. Onsen has both indoor and outdoor pool. Would highly recommend this place.

The hot springs in the hotel are not a bit boring in the open air, but the bubbles are not bad. There are a bunch of deer at the door~... You can call the hotel at the Miyajima Pier. If you want to go to the shrine, you can call the hotel to send you. Room we are on the fourth floor, sea view is OK!

I used it for the second time because the food was good. The reviews were bad, but it wasn't that bad, so I came with my family. The room was 606 and the reservation at the time was for an ocean view, but when I opened the window, it was a mountain. I was deceived 😭 The room was spacious and nice, but it's a hot spring hotel, so there was nothing to hang the towels I used, so I had to hang them on a hanger and use them again... I had the same problem the first time, so I called the front desk and they said they didn't have them, and they lied 😅 They said they would give me a replacement bath towel if I went to the front desk, but I don't want a troublesome bath towel 😔 If they give it to me every time I go to the hot spring, I would like them to put it in the bath. Is it a foreign company? Maybe it's good because foreigners don't take baths that often. It's a shame because the food is good. It's a shame.

The hotel can provide free delivery service! Be sure to contact the hotel in advance! The hotel is also quite far from the pier, and there is a flight of stairs to get there, but because of this, the room can see the big torii! One night and two meals are good, and the hot spring private bath is also good! When you leave, you can store your luggage, and then go to the pier to play, and ask the tourist center at the pier to call the hotel and ask them to send your luggage to the pier, free of charge!
