The room is perfect, we manage to check in early for 1 room so that we could put our luggages. It is away from the center of Hatyai but in the area itself there is the biggest shopping mall the Central Mall. Also there's Makro hypermarket where you can buy lots of snacks for souvenir. ASEAN Night market is within walking distance about 1km away. Their breakfast is very nice. it's cooked individually of your choice.

So far so gewd. I love the location of the hotel, u can rent a motor by the hotel itself, cleaners are so kind to us. But the spoil thing over all, the time i wanted a mineral water at night, the receptionist inform us to buy. I think the receptionist are not being honest, it is supposedly need to be free. Im paying for 4 night stay mehh

This homestay was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere felt just like home. A perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommended!

This is a basic no frills hotel. It has a common room for us to have breakfast. We can buy food from Supermarket which is in Hatyai Central ( just across the road). In the common room has microwave, drinks and biscuit. Room is huge, if can add a bench or a table with 2 chairs will be great. The large space is wasted. Bed is comfortable and aircon is cold enough. WiFi is great.
One negative: instant water heater is not working well. The heater cannot be adjusted. Water is very hot. The drainage gully trap need to be removed into for the water to be drained
Overall this hotel is ok to stay.

Personal view, hotel was overrated as 4 stars hotel.
However, location was good as it was walking distance to Central Hatyai, Makro, ASEAN night market and Greenway night market. Breakfast spread was acceptable.
We arrived early in the morning and went out for breakfast, back to hotel by 10.30am and luckily room was ready, really appreciate the lobby staff’s assistance.
Yet, many improvements need to be made such cleanliness of lobby toilet etc.

Staff are courteous, but location is not ideally located for those who want to explore Hatyai by foot... located outskirts of Hatyai Town. Though the Central Festival is located on the opposite side, it is a distance to walk. Boiler & mini fridge is available in the room but no coffee or tea sachets provided. Overview : Not conveniently located, but the hotel is clean & comfortable.

This is our second time staying with Good Dream. I must say that their service is beyond my expectation. Their front desk always greet customers with smile which everyone of us feel very warm. Specially thanks to Ms. Tiuu and Ms Treerat. I will be back again in December and definitely will stay again.

GGuest UserA new hotel, everything is clean, fresh and the room fittings are news. location way far to the walking street near the centre. Very good breakfast. Booked a standard room and the air con is weak unable to cool the small room despite checking by the electrician. It began to be cool only after midnight, uncomfortable during the late afternoon, not a good experience.

Then, the bad review is the hot water in the bath, there is a little bit of hot water, half of it has to wait for the hot water, very cold!
After sleeping for two nights, I said that the second night called the massage of the hotel's full body massage, and went to bed after the press, asked the counter price and said that it was 1 hour 30, Thai baht 400, we said that ok. As a result, the masseur came to the room and told us that the price was 700 baht, 400 was bone, 700 was oil massage! Now I am already very unhappy, feel cheated, a little catching duck on the rack feeling! People are coming, not press and can not, then good! Give 700, no way.
The result! ! ! Super angry! The apprentice, help my friend massage is the old master, help me press since it is an apprentice! While looking at how to press next door, she press how! I am really super angry! Receive the same money! The result is an apprentice for me! Not at all, it is chaos! I often have massages for people! Will you press! I know right away! AAdventurers_adventuresGreat location, a 5 minute walk to the Hat Yai Central mall, but otherwise a bit further out from the centre but easy and quick to get a grab bike there. The room was very spacious (4th floor delux room) but wasn't particularly delux, but was comfy, quiet and clean 😄The front desk staff are very friendly but speak very little English. All in all I stayed 4 nights and apart from the WiFi not working in the room there was nothing to complain about. I got an alternative WiFi code that did work but the connection was very bad.

CChalita MayThe first thing about this hotel is The owner is cute and very friendly. Check in early. Because on the day of booking the room, you only want to shower and sleep, wait for the time to board the plane, and want to buy things at the Asian flea market and Greenway market. Accommodation is very close. Just walk out of the alley. Just a little bit and it's very close to transportation. The owner gives knowledgeable advice. About traveling as well. I'm impressed here. If you ask about cleanliness, there might be some slight problems because of the younger man who is the owner. Being a teenager, many people may not like it. They'll say that it's too much praise, haha. It's worth the price, at a price of over two hundred. Because we continued our journey and did not stay overnight. So I can't answer all of them. But what was very impressive was that we made a mistake by booking twice, overlapping, because we just used the app for the first time. But the hotel returned it.
Hey, if you've already reserved it, it can't be returned. At first I made up my mind. Request to change the wrong booking date It was a stay on the day of the return trip to Malaysia instead, even though I could have gone back, but the owner of the night I booked was wrong. and let you stay early Check-in makes an impression.

AAnonymous UserI went to Hat Yai with my friends to participate in the Songkran Festival. The surrounding areas of Lee Garden Plaza are basically booked. This hotel is a bit far from Lee Garden Plaza, but overall it feels clean and refreshing. There are various restaurants and hotels within ten minutes’ walk. It's a coffee shop. I would like to thank the Thai sister at the front desk. My friend left an iPhone in the car with garb. It was this beauty who patiently communicated with the driver in Thai and grab customer service, and got back the phone that was lost for a day👍👍👍
