Very friendly staff, always there help to carry luggage, on the lift or any help you needed. Hard to find dustbin in the hotel area, staff are so friendly immediately help us for throwing rubbish

I'm surprised with the room booked because of the widety and cleanliness, which is an available refrigerator, water heater, mineral water, soap, towel, tv and many others. Will repeat again🙂😍😚

Location hotel is a bit far from Lee Garden. But the hotel is new and have swimming pool views. We feel very relaxed. The room is spacious and neat. Design of the room is very ancient Thai style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English. The WiFi is good. The breakfast doesn’t have variety of food. But nearby have 7 Eleven. Our experience in the hotel is good . We will come back again .

Personal view, hotel was overrated as 4 stars hotel. However, location was good as it was walking distance to Central Hatyai, Makro, ASEAN night market and Greenway night market. Breakfast spread was acceptable. We arrived early in the morning and went out for breakfast, back to hotel by 10.30am and luckily room was ready, really appreciate the lobby staff’s assistance. Yet, many improvements need to be made such cleanliness of lobby toilet etc.

Family Trip by Train from Malaysia to Thailand Hatyai.. Is my 1st me and Family.. This Hotel is Old School Type but Price and Locate is Good to me and my My Mom and Aunty (70 years and above).. Coz nearby Alot of Market and Famous Food stall and Foot Massage.. Going to Lee Garden Night Market by Walk only 10-15min..

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Despite the lack of Grab drivers in the area in the morning to the airport. one of the staff members on duty went above and beyond to assist us. She was incredibly helpful and managed to book an e-hailing driver for us through different apps. Her dedication and resourcefulness made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re almost missed our flight. The hotel is located at a perfect location with plenty of restaurants and even a 7 Eleven very close by. Certain tourist attractions such at the Lee Garden night market and the Kim Yong Market are within walking distances as well. The hotel room was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. I could get breakfast in the hotel but as said earlier, the moment you’re out of the lobby there are plenty of food both left and right. If you have no prior arrangements made, the receptionist can assist to arrange transportation to destinations such as Songkla.

Nice hostel with great location and reasonable price, located in a quiet neighborhood and yet taken less than 10 minutes walk to the Lee Garden area, There are large variety of local foods surrounding. The bunk bed was comfy and clean, I had a good night sleep. Highly recommend to budget travellers.

This hotel is very old. The lights in the room are not on. Otherwise, everything is fine and suitable for this price.
