I am a regular customer of Specsavers in Bishopgate since 2012 and I always found all the staff very kind and professional at the same time. Francine, Marcus and all the opticians and other doctors whose I don’t remember their names they were always very polite, attentive and professional. I will give 5stars to all of them. This afternoon, at around 14.30 I went to re-order my contact lenses. When I stepped into the door a new receptionist shouted at me: “YOU Ok”? I DO NOT THINK THIS IS THE NEW GREETING ETIQUETTE AT SPECSAVERS BISHOPGATE! At least, to be grammatically correct, she should have said : “are you ok”? She didn’t know how to say :”GOOD AFTERNOON”? She was also very rude and annoyed when she had to re-order my contact lenses… I understand that not everyone likes to work with the general public but this new receptionist is not going to maintain or improve your amazing customer service! When I left she barely said goodbye without a smile, but ready to shout to the new customer who was stepping in : “YOU OK”?
