Really enjoyed this stay! Excellent facility and a super comfy bed. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel was adequate and very nice staff. My issue was the shower pressure. It was just one level up from a trickle. Maybe the shower head needed cleaning, idk, but the hotel should. If you can't manage routine inspections of the little things that offer true value to a stay, then you should quit your job. Because without guest, you have nothing, and you might think that people will just put up with it, that will sooner or later come back to bite you in the you know what!

It was great. Once you walk in there’s a very clean and modern comfy vibe in the lobby and dining area. Hallways look updated and decent. Room layout for my 1 bed King option was great. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfy even the little sofa in the corner was decent to put my things. Liked the touch to have a coat rack too. Will stay here again.

Every staff member i encountered was exceptional, especially Lauren, the overnight front desk gentleman, the restaurant team and housejeeping. Also, the food was five star. Thank you for excellent service and comfortable accommodations!

Updated and clean. Many dining options around. Room was big and bed was comfy. Water pressure was a challenge but still a hot shower.

Our TV didn't work and we were immediately moved to another room when we told the desk clerk.

The rooms were clean. The front desk staff needs to learn how to talk to customers. She needs training on how to give customers a better customer service.

Breakfast was excellent. It was an additional $15 for two breakfasts. The food was made to order and very good. Well worth it !

Everything was great about the property besides I having to go to the front desk 3 times to get new keys to the room because of malfunction with the door and manager refused to compensate me for the inconvenience.

Visitors Fredericksburg for a birthday. Excellent location for the hotel. Right next to 95, IHop and Target across the street. Didn't have a complimentary breakfast however there is a restaurant
