Hampton Inn Corydon

Everything was good. Wish website was updated to say that the pool was closed. But other than that everything was clean and breakfast was good and hot

房間還是可以的

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was not that that great especially the coffee which was very weak.

Booked a double twin room on line. Showed up, registered, went to our room. To our surprise its a single king ( not what I reserved). Back to the counter. The response was im sorry that's all we have. Let me call my manager and see what we can do. There solution is offer it for free and refund us. That doesn't work id just like a refund. I can't process that now the night manager will be in at 11pm. 1pm the next day no refund yet?

They did not have 2 queen beds in a room. The staff member said I should have booked the room directly not online. She even acted as if she could not find my reservation. It gave me pause as to if we had a room or not. I thought they had a pool they do not The pool and 2 Queen beds is what I had put in my parameters for our 1-night stay. For the price I would not stay there again.

The breakfast was fantastic, nice selection and very good. A/C worked better than expected in the rooms. Room was clean, room cleaners took away used towels but did not restock each day, we had to ask for more towels down at the check in desk. Cleaners also did not empty trash receptacles each day. But for the most part was a pleasant stay.

We were on the top floor and the roof leaked in two places directly at the head of the bed. We let the staff know and they put it on a piece of paper but could not help us with any discount for the terrible night in the room because we booked through *******. Very disappointed!

Elevator was not working. Had no place to park our truck/utility Trailer. The girl working the desk was of no help.

Rooms were clean but housekeepers (2) were being given 30 plus rooms to clean. Check in couldn't get into room at 3pm it was more like 4:30pm. Elevator was down and had been down for 4 days. Pool was closed they no longer have a pool. But annemity say they do. Felt bad for housekeepers with no Elevator they were carrying linens upstairs to rooms and trash was being taken out that way heavy bags. Housekeepers did have our room clean and God bless them . No management around. Breakfast was good.
