I had a lovely experience working away,, at Northampton Harpole . Audrey the receptionist went above and beyond to help me and she is a credit to Premier Inn . The food in the restaurant is very good too, great service all round.

We had a good experience with this Premier Inns The welcome from Audrey was first class and very helpful. She suggested the meal dinner and breakfast deal which was excellent value and very handy. The decor is a bit tired and the place could do with a refurb. For the price it was excellent value and a comfortable stay, which is what we wanted.

Arrived at the premier inn and kate on reception was absolutely fabulous. Mad eme feel very welcome and I asked for a ground floor room. Nothing was too much trouble. Kate explained about breakfast and asked me what time would I like a table. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was also lovely clean and fresh. Can't fault the hotel 1 little bit. Thank you

Brilliant place to stay, very helpful staff. Kate on reception was outstanding and very helpful, always there to help. Food was great alot to choose from. Restaurant staff where very friendly. Cleaning staff where always helpful and always went out there way to make sure my room was clean.

We stayed here for one night and couldn't wait to get back home! We booked the accessible room with shower and, upon seeing the shower, decided it was probably more sensible to shower when we got home. The shower drain was covered in mould and crusty limescale, as did the shower hose/head, the was mould in the grouting and smelled horrible. The only plus was that the shower curtain was pristine. The room itself was very spacious but smelled so bad upon entering, we literally had to spray perfume all around the room. It had a really musty/fousty smell, like noone had been in there for ages. Just not an enjoyable experience and by far the worst Premier Inn we've stayed in to date. It is in DESPERATE need of some upgrading and TLC.

If I could give more stars I would. Truly exceptional service from the moment we walked through the door. Perfect clean and well presented bedroom on the ground floor. Kate the receptionist was absolutely amazing and even went above and beyond with ironing my shirt ready for my next business day. She welcomed us with a smile and nothing was too much. Kate is an asset to Premier Inn ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stay in a lot of PI’s … and usually find them faultless however this one was sub standard… receptionist appeared disinterested and didn’t advise us of where we could get breakfast or times ( we have only stayed in those where served on site) Early check in charge of £15.00 which we had no idea about…. My confirmation stated check in 12.00 midday which is why we chose this hotel… I was informed that this was purely for “my calendar “ that’s beyond me as I don’t use that facility! Receptionist then took phone and showed me check in time of 15:00 and said we would need to pay extra charge to get a room which we had to do as we needed to be at an event by 2.45pm seems to me to be further money making as they had rooms ready… a small act of kindness would not have gone amiss… however we were told she couldn’t do it as her manager would not be happy ( felt bad for her to be honest) appreciate it was company policy and the fact that she could be in trouble which seemed mean. Tatty and dirty corridors did not make for a great first impression… rodent traps outside the hotel and scruffy and unattended exterior. A pokey room literally one of us had to sit on the bed when the other wanted to move around 😂 … trust me not enough room to swing a very small cat is a good description! Housekeeping ok but only one hand towel provided. Refills in reception not topped up for tea tray … no one in site to ask! Outside bin caught fire tried to alert reception staff by pressing buzzer no one appeared! Paid for breakfast which is at the beefeater opposite… very good as cooked fresh. It wasn’t a hotel I would return to unfortunately

Had a great stay at this hotel in April over the Easter break, kids had allot of fun the hotel manager Emily was great, there was an Easter egg hunt for the kids and they loved it. The room was in good condition no complaints at all the n any areas..
