Premier Inn Harlow North (Harlow Mill)

We come down to see family and get away a bit Lovely welcoming staff and helpful for all our needs It's set on a lovely location next to river with beautiful areas to walk nice restaurant on sit and losts of things to do locally Highly recommended for the price

Booked an overnight stay. Rosie was super helpful about where to buy underwear. Forgot to bring clean boxers and she advised me on the best shops to go to in the nearby shopping centre. Room very comfy, and the breakfast good value. Next time in Harlow will stay again.

Reception team were amazing! Helpful, friendly and they go above and beyond! Particularly Rosie who made my stay so much easier - she booked me in and showed me to my room making me feel very safe and accommodated - will definitely be booking again!

Booked 6 rooms here for 6 workers payed 2x what we could of paid for a similar hotel in the area but expected a nice room for a good nights sleep. Hotel is very tired and needs updating. Has to be the worst premierinn I have stayed in. We can book up to 50 rooms around uk a night but sadly won’t book premier inn again.

Probably the worst premier inn I have ever stayed at. On arrival I asked to reserve a table at the restaurant which I was told would be done. On arrival at the restaurant I was informed there was no reservation. They refused to find me a table and actually said to go and find something to eat elsewhere. The room was dirty. Thick dust on the headboard and a grubby carpet where it had obviously not seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time. There were also splashes all up the wall next to the toilet. I did complain to premier inn about this and was given a £25 refund. Since then I have received a parking fine. At no point when I checked in did either of the two staff inform me or ask me for my car registration details. When I booked the room the website actually states free parking. I have now had to forward this parking fine issue back to premier inn but as of yet - have heard nothing from them. I have used premier inn for many years all over the country without issue. Two of my children even worked for them while they were students. My experience with this hotel in Harlow has been terrible and will make me think twice about using them again. Perhaps the travel lodge would be a better option.

I must say as far as the staff go the best Premier Inn I've ever stayed at, tonight I had a few issues with my room card and then with accessing the Internet. Rosie helped me out with both issues, very friendly young lady with a gleaming smile throughout the time she was helping me. Even checked my new room card to make sure it worked on the hallway door. Rosie is a credit to the team you have here, I haven't seen much of her since I've been staying over the last 3 months but honestly seeing her over the past two weeks and she's always happy and friendly. Exactly the type of person you want greeting you after hard days work away from home.
