Very good place and good breakfast

酒店整體還可以，算是比較新的酒店了比起別的美國老式酒店，床睡得很舒服，周邊吃的地方和超市還比較多，不錯的選擇

賓館服務良好，態度好，早餐不錯，停車方便，房間寬敞，美中不足的是夜裡冰箱有點大，空調聲音也有點大，服務態度整體不錯👍

The staff was very friendly. The 3 rooms my family and I had very clean and comfortable. We were all happy and overall satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay! I like the 5pm-7pm thing! Two free drinks and fresh popped popcorn per guest. We didn’t make to the free breakfast!!

We liked the hotel because the property is good, it didn’t smelled bad, everything was clean, the rooms were clean, well maintained and wasn’t loud. The breakfast was average, in general good. It is located near many stores.

Our room was nice but humid come midnight. Had trouble sleeping due to feeling sticky throughout the night.

The Hotel was near all the main streets and the airport the breakfast was cooked fresh with many choices to pick from.

Not sure why in 2024 hotels only have double beds. Should be 2 queens to a room. Not very comfortable for 2 in a bed.

The service provided by the lady who attended us did not meet the expectations one has when staying at a good hotel. We reported that the safe was locked, and they never sent anyone to open it. At night, we found a cockroach in the room. When we called the reception, the young man told us there was no one available to clean it. He offered to change our room, but we declined because it meant moving many things, which is very complicated with children. We opted to go down to the reception to get alcohol, which was the only thing available to disinfect the area where we killed the cockroach. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from the other rooms that same night. It's a shame because the hotel is well-located and very beautiful, but the service was significantly lacking, making us definitely not want to return. We chose this hotel for its high ratings but were disappointed. Between the cockroach, noise, and the indifferent service from the lady, at least the night shift guy offered a room change and gave us alcohol to clean up ourselves. Now, I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

Check in was easy with very nice people. The reception time was really nice. Happy to have eating options really close.

I like Harlingen. However, I was tricked by the online booking app, i.e., I booked weeks ahead of time and, due to an event outside of my control, needed to cancel, but neither the app nor the hotel staff would allow me to cancel. They stole my money. I will never stay at Hotel Day Inn Express again!
