I have a great stay in Hyatt place. I visit this property first time and the best part is their welcome. They welcoming me with aarti in fully traditional way. Rest of all, services are very quick and fast. Overall my Hyatt experience is superb.

We had stayed at Hyatt Place Haridwar for one night on 29 March and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff is extremely humble and cooperative. I loved their attention to detail and they made us feel special at every encounter. The chef Daya Sagar Joshi was immensely proactive and was seen taking rounds and interacting with guests and eager to get feedback to ensure nothing is below perfect. The complementary breakfast was not like any other hotel rather a full spread with good varieties and had a touch of homely food. The tea maker Anju and the staff like Avishek were superb at their job and they did not leave anything on table and totally attentive on cleaning away the left over/used plates immediately. They all together put up a great customer experience and special mention to Shreya and manager Mr Bhaskar for looking after their guests and extending flawless hospitality

stay was good and great in hyatt place. i wish i visit here again because the services provided by hyatt is superb i felt here like my home. the best part of this hotel is the checkin process is very fast and i fell very relax also at the time of checkout there was to staff who help me very much their name is Abhinav and Esha.

Hotel is brand new and all the staff are very friendly. You will enjoy your time here as foods were very good aswell. Will be back here again if we can. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very Morden. We are Hyatt world member and hyatt never disappoints us.

It was a good experience in the Hayatt Palace specially in the cleanliness and food Court all the employees were very helpful with us but one person I'll remember for all the time SAHIL who was very helpful in the food court and with the quick service, thanks once again Sahil..

The hotel is well maintained. It is located 20 mins away from Haridwar. Loved the hospitality from the hotel staff here at Hyatt which included Ibrani, Shreya, Sahil. The restaurant serves veg as well as non veg food. The chef was gracious enough to cook items which weren’t on the menu. Enjoyed the stay here.
