Location in the city center, but the service was not timely and the check-in was seriously delayed.

The location is awesome because it is the light rail next to it. It is convenient to go anywhere to Jaffa Gate. However, it is because the following is the light rail. The sound insulation is not very good. Every time the light rail is on the station, the sound of the cymbal will be very obvious. So the facility column gives 4 stars. Everything else is good. It’s super delicious nearby! In the evening, there are still amateurs who are selling on the street. Service is also ok. We have more than checkin time. A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.
