I mile from Statelineboat ramp and also state park ramp. Brand new construction. Built in 2023. We have 4 cabins for rent on 10 wooded acres. Huge shared boat storage (5 total bays). 60” tv in living room, 42” tv in master. Long front porch for watching squirrels and sometimes deer. Fire pit next to boat storage. New grill on porch. Full kitchen no dishwasher. No internet/wifi available however cell reception is good.
