Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

I was very satisfied with the room I booked when I took my dog ​​out during the National Day holiday. The environment was excellent and clean. The most important thing is that it is really pet-friendly. It is so hard to find a pet-friendly hotel now. I still hope that parents can do a good job of socializing their furry children so that they don't bark or urinate randomly and cause trouble to other guests. This is also convenient for us pet owners. Finally, Taozi and Litchi at the front desk provided very good service and gave me a breakfast coupon. Thank you very much.

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. In terms of tidying up, it is still good, but due to the passage of time, some facilities are old and there is dust behind the door, so we did not bother to clean it. The child is 2 years old and accidentally soiled the sheets while eating. The lady at the front desk helped us. I borrowed detergent and it solved the problem perfectly. Thank you very much. Otherwise, the cleaning fee will be deducted 60 yuan. The lady in the black suit who checked the room kept emphasizing that we should pay for the dirty sheets. During the cleaning process, my husband , I was waiting in the lobby with my children, and I heard her talking about us. We were very cooperative throughout the process and did not shirk our responsibilities. I just felt that the 60 yuan cleaning fee was a bit expensive. I wanted to clean it myself, but she talked about it. I was really convinced. .

The hotel environment is very good👍It is very suitable for bringing children to stay. Children's slippers and toothbrushes are prepared. It is very considerate. The shopping mall MixC is next to it. The surrounding area is very convenient. The subway and bus are convenient for travel. The front desk service is also very good, very careful and responsible, especially the front desk clearly prepared love 💗 candy 🍬 for the children

I arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly. The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number. Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley. The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

Four Seasons Hotel Harbin Paris is a warm haven on the journey! During my stay, the front desk manager took the initiative to upgrade my suite for free, which made me feel very thoughtful. The suite is mainly warm-colored, and the details reflect the quality. The intelligent control system, French toiletries and other configurations are luxurious. The staff was warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Whether it was the check-in guidance or the dining recommendations, they were professional and meticulous. It was unforgettable to be able to relax in such a comfortable residence after a long journey. Indoor swimming pool temperature was enough to swim, hotel staff was all kind and sorted out everything quickly. We even could enjoyed the Lion Dance at the hotel lobby on the first day of ***** New Year. 交通：Hotel is just next to Wanda Mall so we could go LaoChangChunBing branch and big supermaket easily. 卫生：Pleasant stay except for some smoking smell.
